Dr. Devi did not listen to my concerns today. I chose her because other reviewers stated that she does listen, but since I have been with her, I often feel rushed to talk about my symptoms or get any questions or concerns out. Then on top of that she interrupts and does not fully listen or hear what you are saying. This is not just today it has happened before. I called today to request her medical opinion on getting the vaccine based on my medical history and for her to also answer my questions and address my concerns. I thought that I could ask her because she is my PCP and I should be able to trust her. But no, all she said was “You can go to Walgreens or CVS to get the vaccine and have them Give you the materials about side effects”. When I tried to get a word in about how my body reacts to getting sick, she cut me off and said “I can’t make you get it. Every medicine has side effects. There is no medicine without side effects”. I will give her one thing she told me about SOME of the side effects. However, the conversation with her made me even more hesitant on getting it. Even though I want to be safe, I’m still just nervous and really wanted medical guidance on the matter. Not just “Get it. I recommend it”. Like okay, why do you recommend it? She didn’t even review my health chart beforehand. I had to mention my health first. I was overall annoyed and yes, I ended up just saying bye and hanging up. Seemed like she was in a rush to get off the phone anyways.

I’m sorry but I have been going to Dr. Devi for a little over a year now. She does not listen. The staff at the office are friendly and I’m sure she’s probably a kind person, but I have issues with her talking over me and seemingly rushing me off the phone. Today, I called to speak with her about recommendations on the COVID vaccine (because I’m still scared of it) and all she could say was “I highly recommend it”. I had to keep pressing her letting her know that the statement wasn’t enough to ward off my concerns and was not even informative. My immune system is very weak and getting sick is the most frightening thing to me because I’m sick for weeks. She gave her recommendation before even reviewing my charts or asking my concerns about it. At the end she just kept telling to ask the people at the pharmacy putting her patient off on someone else. That was very heartbreaking. My PCP wouldn’t even take time to listen and hear my concerns, just said “I can’t make you get the vaccine”.

I’ve been seeing dr devi for over 12 years now and I adore her. She is very kind and comforting.

Dr Devi misdiagnosed all three conditions I came to her with. She refused to do further diagnostic testing that I requested, refused to provide treatment, and prescribed the wrong medicine once. She always wanted to "wait and see if you get better" on everything and I can't believe the months of pain that I went through, that should have been treated. I waited a long time and didn't get better. I finally went against what she said and went to a chiropractor which was some help. I can't believe that it took me so long to get a second medical opinion. The test I'd asked for showed positive, I got prescribed appropriate medicine, and got appropriate consultations ordered by the new MD. I was self pay but had money and always paid day of service. I always refused any pain medication other than ibuprofen. I just wanted answers and treatment.

I've been seeing her since I was a child, she is a fantastic doctor and listens to my concerns and gives helpful information.

I have been going to Dr. Devi since I was in my 20's and I am now 59. She is a great, caring doctor!

Dr. Devi has always been a trusted, experienced physician to our family. She is an excellent physician, very compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel very grateful to have her as my primary care doctor.

She always takes time to ask how you are and really listens

Dr Devi is the best she will send you to a specialist if needed. She is great at follow up and will call you with test results. Dr Devi is the best physician I have ever seen.
