Had a biopsy done on may 24th. Dr. Bowers told me that I would hear from them 5-7 days. After 10 days I left several messages with the nurses station. No one ever called me back. Today June 23rd I called and spoke with the receptionist and she got nurse Mandy on phone who told me they called me several times. I told her that was not true. Someone must have misdialed. I ABSOLUTELY did not receive a message from this nurse! She also was apologetic. Very unprofessional! Really a shame because I love Dr. Bowers but I will not spend my money ANYWHERE That has lousy office/ nurse staff. If I could give 0 stars I would!

She did not give me adequate appointment time. She did not check my full body which is one of the reasons I went in. She barely glanced at another spot I asked her about. I would not recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Bowers. She is thorough, observant, and makes me as a patient feel very comfortable. Since we have moved several times, and I have been to at least 4 other doctors for various skin issues, I do have a basis of comparison. I choose to drive 1 1/2 hours for an appointment with her because of her professionalism.

I don't understand these negative reviews. Doctor Bowers was extremely nice and personable. She was thorough but efficient. I waited for very little time in the waiting room, and I appreciated the efficiency of my appointment. I would definitely recommend her to a friend or anyone else.

Dr Bowers is a fantastic dermatologist. She listens and tries to take care of your concerns as best as she can.

I have never felt so disrespect and underappreciate from front desk staff before. The front desk wasn't compliant in the slightest (I mentioned that I had to go straight to work after my appointment) and I was offended with how they treated me as a new patient. The women at the front let the whole waiting room including a late patient go in before me and was extremely rude when I asked about the situation. I would suggest treating new patients with a more respect so they would come back or recommend new patients. I will definitely NOT recommend St. Anthony's dermatology to anyone and let people know how disrespectful the staff is. I will give my business to another Dermatologist who respects my time and actually wants my business as a new patient. Completely unsatisfied and upset with the whole experience; I expected more from St. Anthony's.
