Dr Duerr is a really GREAT doctor! He really spent a good amount of time with me during my visit and he explained everything to me in ways that we’re totally understandable. I decided to have him do my rotator cuff tendon repair and biceps tendon repair surgery. He was the best! I am so very happy I chose him to do my surgery. I am healing well and I have minimal scars. I highly recommend him if you need shoulder surgery!!!

Great experience with Dr. Duerr and the team at OSU Sports Medicine. Dr. Duerr took the time to explain all my treatment options to best heal my knee injury...The day of surgery was all I could have hoped for...all my interactions with the medical professionals were top-notch. This was by far the best experience I have had with a surgery. From the start to finish everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my needs were met. Everyone that helped me had treated me extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of! Overall the best staff and experience for me! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I came in contact with Dr. Duerr after being admitted to OSU Wexner Medical through the ER. My experience with the doctor and his team proved to be excellent, Dr. Duerr is a skilled professional, also his bedside manner is tops in my experience. He takes time to insure the patient and family understand the procedure and outcome.

I did not have a good experience at all. My knee pain is now worse after seeing him and because of how I need to walk (compensating on my left side), I’m having issues with the left knee now, too. He refused access to crutches and I couldn’t find them anywhere other than for several hundred dollars on Amazon… it’s sad when you need Amazon as your medical provider. Many items written in my summary were incorrect and inaccurate. I wonder if he confused me for someone else when he wrote my notes. I am currently bedridden as I write this…
