I worked with her as one of the nurses in the Acute unit. She and her colleagues are by far the most knowledgeable, caring, trusting, and straightforward docs one could ever hope cares for them. Robyn is just awesome as a doctor and overall person. I would trust her, Mark. or Bruce with my life. I mean every word of that.

Dr. Jacobs is difficult to talk to. I always feel like we're arguing and I don't know why. I don't feel like my questions are answered well or that she genuninely cares about my health. I love her nurse and the office staff are all very sweet and kind. It's very difficult to make an appointment with Dr. Jacobs because she never has her schedule made for 3 or so months ahead but she asks you to make one anyway but since it hasn't been made yet you can't. So you have to call and see if it's made

Dr. Jacobs is a caring dedicated Doctor. Her patients are patients and not a number. She is very real and will tell you like it is. I would never change Nephrologists and if she would move I would follow her.
