Dr Hiner is very caring and personable. She listens and works with you to find the problem and/or help needed. She's never rushed me even when I knew other patients were waiting to see her. I've waited at most 20 minutes or so to see her and she apologized for keeping me waiting when she did. They answer any messages sent through their app quickly and she's given me test results almost as soon as she received them. 4 of my family members see her and we are all very happy having her as our PCP.

My mom has dementia and Dr. Hiner has been her Primary Physician for years (even before her diagnosis). She is compassionate and caring and has been so helpful with mom’s mental and physical healthcare needs. She has called personally at times of emergency and gone above and beyond. We feel blessed to have Dr. Hiner in our life. She is absolutely a fabulous doctor and a sweet soul.

It’s been years since I saw Dr. Hiner and still to this day am upset by my care with her. I went to her telling her that I felt drained and exhausted all of the time. I didn’t know what was going on, but I felt terrible and couldn’t continue on this way. She told me “Of course you feel bad, you have three kids.” Then sent me on my way. No tests, no solutions. I went on for another year feeling this way and saw a different primary doctor who ran tests and found out I am severely diabetic. I wasn’t feeling bad because I had three kids, I felt bad because I was ill. She should’ve taken me seriously.

Dr. Hiner is a very good listener she not about prescribing medications she takes everything you say into consideration before evaluating your medical need look beyond what shes hearing her examination her calmness is really comforting to know she cares..thanks Dr. Hiner see you soon Ms.T.Edwards
