He was great at first. Then .. unattentive .. l left messages via phone and email that he either was slow to respond or not at all .. he prescribed wrong medicine in error which could have been harmful for me if I had not noticed and taken it .. along with myself, I am aware of 5 other of his patients that have left his care due to unsatisfactory service.

He was attentive on my first couple of visits. Follow up appointments over the following year there was a significant difference. He did not listen. I would send messages via MyMercy emails and he would not respond for one to two weeks. Upon speaking with him about the problem, he said he was too busy with too many appointments in his day. I have since established a new PCP. I HAD referred 3 people to see Dr Decha Umphai, they experienced similar and have left his practice, too.

Dr. Tim is the best doctor that i have ever had in life. His bedside manner is impeccable; Dr.Tim really cares about your health and what your concerns are and is super knowledgeable in the medical field and everyday life. He is truly an asset to my health and life.

Dr. Tim recently joined Mercy Clinic in St. Louis. I went to him after my previous physician of over 40 years retired. Dr. Tim is very personable and spends a lot of time with his patients. One does not feel rushed. I do, however, question the completeness of my annual physical. I was not asked to remove any clothing. He did a check of my heart and lungs and looked into my throat and ordered blood tests. He did not do a rectal exam (prostate) nor a hernia check, which I've routine had at my annual physicals for years. I can't determine from reviewing articles on the internet what constitutes a complete annual physical exam.
