During my first consultation with Dr. Jacob he told me he would do everything he could to get me a baby and he made true on his promise. He is dedicated and thorough doctor. Ashley, the office manager is fantastic as well! I would highly recommend!

My husband and I decided we wanted to do IVF to grow our family years after having our first child. I had 2 ectopic pregnancies and lost both of my Fallopian tubes. The decision to go see Dr Jacobs was the best decision of our lives. We did IVF twice and both times were successful! We have been blessed with two beautiful babies! Dr. Jacobs, the office manager Ashley, and the entire staff are so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I can honestly say they are family and we love them dearly. They are a very dedicated staff and some of the most caring people I have ever met. Even though I have graduated from CRMRS and they will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for our babies and helping make our dreams come true!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob's since 2014. My journey to becoming a mother was extremely challenging. Dr. Jacob provided a reasonable, educational, and safe path for our pregnancy journey. A fertility-challenged woman is one of the most vulnerable persons you will ever meet. Dr. Jacob provided the support, options, and path that was fruitful. I encourage any women to visit him, talk to him, and as many questions as you need to understand all of your options. We have two healthy children and none of that would have been possible without God and Dr. Jacob. I'm so grateful to him and Ashley for their support. I consider them family.

Dr. Jacobs has the best hands on approach you could ask for, he’s in a league of his own! I have extensive experience with multiple fertility clinics and his work is above the rest!! Within a month or two he identified my cause for infertility. We chose IVF! Dr. Jacobs knew what to do with your cycle to achieve a pregnancy, on the FIRST try! He has a level of professionalism, intelligence, patience and efficiency that will leave you without any questions. He's honest and practical! His staff are amazing The entire team treats you delicately and with great care, they want to see you win too!! His tactics were successful and at 39 I was pregnant with twins and 1 embryo on ice for the future. In 2 weeks I will be returning to him for another transfer procedure! Although I have since moved to Florida, we KNEW we were going to him, I don't trust anyone else with my babies! I decided to uproot and have my implantation done with the person who did it first and did it the best, , Dr. Jacobs!

When I went to my very first fertility clinic, I didn't know much about my infertility issues, let alone IVF. After almost a year of getting no prognosis, infertility reason or solutions I'd had enough. My referring GYN saw me become disheartened and referred me to Dr. Jacob's. She herself had an amazing and successful experience with him and had went on to become a mom of twin boys with his help. I took the offer! From the very beginning I knew I landed in good hands, finally! He presented me with a diagnostic workup that would bypass the frustration of trying to "guess" what's wrong and went straight to "let me find out what's wrong". Within a month or two he identified my cause for infertility: the functionality of one of my fallopian tubes had been compromised in my younger years, so I could only get pregnant with 1 tube. He let us know our options available and allowed us to make our own decisions about the next course of action. My husband and I chose IVF due to my age (39 at the time). Dr. Jacobs is a genius at knowing exactly what to do with your cycle to achieve a pregnancy, on the FIRST try! He has a level of professionalism, intelligence, patience and efficiency that will leave you without any questions about your future, chances and success. He will not sale you hopes and dreams just to make money. He's honest and practical. He tells you what you need to hear not what you wan to hear, rare. Most importantly he does NOT promise you things he cannot deliver.! He'll be the first to tell you your odds, chances and likelihood. He is very humble and more like a family member telling you the truth even if you don't want to hear it. You know you can trust him and that's gold! The entire Staff literally becomes your family and going for visits feels more like visiting family. His office manager Ashley is phenomenal!! We would laugh all the time when I went in, it was such an endearing process with all her positive energy floating around. I really appreciated it! This is SO important as these are the people who have your future family in their hands and who you are spending ALOT of hard earned money with. The entire team treats you delicately and with the greatest care and concern and want to see you win just as much as you, priceless!! Dr. Jacobs tactics were super successful and at 39 I was pregnant with twins and 1 embryo on ice for the future. Unfortunately, our twins came early at 6 months due to incompetent cervix. They were in the NICU for 2 weeks so I was able to actually experience being a mom for the first time in my life and I have Dr. Jacobs to thank for that, even if short. In 2 weeks I will be returning to Dr. Jacobs to start another transfer procedure. I moved to Florida last year (military life) so I'll be flying back and staying at a hotel or friends for the my many appointments ahead. I have been going to a fertility clinic here, in Florida, however, the quality of service is way below what I am accustomed to. I had 2 retrieval cycles with them, the first one getting no eggs at all (WHAT?!?). The second one I just ended (got 20) and am waiting for the final embryo count for day 5 blast (at day 3 there were 6). Me and my husband KNEW we were going to Dr. Jacobs by any means necessary, I don't trust anyone else with my babies! I decided to uproot and have my implantation done with the person who did it first and did it the best, Dr. Jacobs! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Based on my OBGYN's recommendation, my husband and I went to see Dr. Jacob at CRMRS. We had no clue what was wrong, but we were told that he is the best in this field so we knew we were in the right hands. Dr. Jacob did many tests and I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis. With that kind of diagnosis, fear automatically sneaks in and my husband and I were wondering if we would ever be able to be parents. Even with this diagnosis, Dr. Jacob always remained calm and reassured us that he would do all he could for us. Today, I found out that I am not just having one, but two babies! Our dreams have truly come true! :-). Dr. Jacob, Ashley, and his entire staff treat you like family and I highly recommend them if you have infertility issues. With God's help and Dr. Jacob's skills, you will not be disappointed! :-)

Where do I begin? I started seeing Dr.Jacobs and staff a little over a year ago to treat my Endometriosis. He performed the robotic surgery to help remove my Stage 4 Endo. During the whole process he was very thorough and helped calm my nerves. A few months after surgery my husband and I decided to proceed with IVF-ICSI. The entire journey has been a tough process but the office staff at CRMRS has been nothing short of amazing! I can call them at any time with any questions. Ashley is the office manager and is fantastic to work with. She worked with my insurance (which was not easy) and straightened out everything needed for surgery and medications. The entire staff from Dr.Jacobs to Ashley to the assistants were all amazing! I can’t thank them enough. I am sad to have graduated from this wonderful office but excited for the future as I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Thank you for everything. Much love!

First and foremost I am posting for my wife. Our experience with Dr. Jacob has been great. My wife was been seeing by a different doctor who performed an unnecessary procedure that didn’t really help with the issues that she had. She was finally referred to Dr. Jacob after having continuous pain and to perform a robotic surgery. He was very honest and really put my wife and I at ease. The surgery was a total success even when a complication was discovered from a previous procedure that was non related. We do recommend Dr. Jacob. My wife is extremely happy and her pains are gone with no further worries. Thank you!
