The nurse who got me checked in and Dr. Braddock were both super nice! I appreciated that Dr. Braddock listened to my questions and concerns and provided options.
Front desk staff and nurse were very friendly and helpful. The physicians assistant listen to my concerns, answered my questions and did a thorough examination. I highly recommend them..
Please make sure they take your insurance before you drive 45 min in 103 degree weather when your appointment was booked by the glen carbon location and they sent you to this location and the tell you sorry after the glen carbon location said yes it was
Kristen is Amazing. She was very attentive and knowledgeable to all my needs. Highly recommended!
Great experience. First time patient. Molly made me feel at ease and addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend. Their online system makes it easy to schedule appointments.
There are many reasons why I am switching dermatologists. The office has an exceptionally unfriendly staff. I have many examples, but not enough space to provide them. Every time I'm in the office I feel like I'm an imposition. On my last skin cancer screening visit, I had something removed from my back. If I was more skilled in the area of dermatology, I guess I would have known it would be biopsied. I'm not and I did not. When I READ the results from the website ( never a phone call) I answered back that they had the wrong patient. I did not have a biopsy. After several phone call attempts, I spoke to an office manager. I told her I was not aware that this piece of my body was going to be biopsied. She spoke to the doctor. The doctor lied. "Of course this biopsy was discussed." Nope. Didn't happen. I believe my recall is better than a doctor who sees way too many patients each day. If the word biopsy had been mentioned, I would have freaked out!! I cancelled any future appointments. Since cancelling my appointment, I have received a phone call, an email and a text asking my reasons for cancelling. Can the office do anything to help? For an office that is almost impossible to contact, they seemed to have unlimited ways to contact me. By the way, I live in Maryland Heights. Not CA. Carol Levitt
This was my first time to see Dr. Riordan. From the minute I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Riordan and her assistant were very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. Very positive experience overall.
Dr Riordan is a great listener and always has a thought out plan for next steps which she explains well. Office staff and professional and caring as well!
Provider was 30 min late for a first morning appointment and gave no explanation. They tried to send my prescription to "their" pharmacy and not my Walgreens. It would cost more at their pharmacy. It is impossible to contact anyone at the office. The phone call was directed to a call center. I have tried to contact them to discuss the issues but they won't reply to an email.
Provider was 30 min late for a first morning appt and gave no explanation. They tried to send my prescription to “their” pharmacy and not my preferred Walgreens. It was more expensive at “their” pharmacy. It is hard if not impossible to contact anyone by phone at the office, it is sent to a call center. I have used the email to try to contact Schweiger because “they care about you as a patient and want to resolve the issue.” Someone did finally call me after 6 weeks but the person did not look into the issue and was not prepared to resolve the problem. She said she would call back when she had the information. It has now been another two weeks.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
