Dr. Joerger was incredibly patient with my daughter and spent a lot of time listening to her symptoms. She did a great job building rapport with a kid who was really scared and nervous. As my daughter worriedly asked about an MRI and if it was similar to the treatment she's seen in superhero movies, Dr. Joerger was able to calmly reassure her. We left with a clear understanding of the treatment plan and confident we were in good hands. Her bedside manner with kids is excellent.

We were referred to Dr. Joerger by our pediatrician, as we are looking for answers regarding our child's tummy issues. We felt she was extremely responsive and proactive in trying to figure out as much information in that first visit as she could, and we fully trust that we are on our way to figuring out how to help our child feel better. She gave us time and spoke to not only us, but our child, and really sought to understand the issues and how to best find answers. Highly recommended!

After a wasted visit just to be told we have to schedule the swallow test which I was trying to already schedule... she said someone would call to schedule it. I waited a week with no call and am switching doctors for my child. He gentleman in fellowship was also not very friendly or good with kids. I've also called several times and "the system was down and I could not schedule an appt"..?! Not good.
