I am amazed at the wonderful staff I had during my procedure. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who were very kind to me from the moment I walked into the door to the moment I was safely in my SUV.

I couldn’t have asked for a better procedure center. The facility’s process was very straightforward, and the facility itself was very clean. I can’t speak highly enough of my nurses - Jeanice, Erika, and Ashley. They all made me feel very comfortable and was right there with me and comforting me through pre- and post-op. My anesthesia staff was great and very helpful to make me feel safe before the procedure. Would highly recommend!! ♥️♥️

From the time I checked in until the time I left after the procedure, I was treated with kindness and patience. The ladies who make up the front desk staff and the nurses are experts in their field. Everything happened in a timely manner and Dr Bhat was the icing on the cake ! Humble and kind taking time to explain what would be happening and then explaining the results (of the colonoscopy) immediately following replete with photos of my colon!! I didn’t expect that! Haha

My procedure went very smooth. Doctor, nurses and staff very professional and courteous. I even got a follow-up call to verify no problems.

I will absolutely never go back to this facility! First of all I was called that morning and told come an hour earlier then originally scheduled. They said they were ahead of schedule. What I wasn’t told until I was already there with iv in place was that just the surgery center was ahead of schedule NOT MY DOCTOR! My doctor had no idea! He ended up being close to 30 minutes late for my original time. Resulting in me waiting for 2 hours. Just staring into space because there was no tv, magazines or anything! When I was told that not only would my doctor not be early but late and I said well he’s not earning any points for that I was told “ he’s not going to leave his surgery for your procedure!” But the word procedure wasn’t used my actual procedure name was announced! Again for everyone to hear. The staff carried on conversations and drank in front of me even though it had been over 12 hours since I had anything to drink! So very uncaring! They also do not care about your privacy at all. They told me in the changing area that they don’t tie the back of the gown since they would have to open it again. I assumed that the room I was going to was right there. But what I was taken to was a large room lined with beds. They had curtain dividers but they were open. I’m walking through this room holding my bag of clothes and trying to hold my gown shut. I was put in a bed right in front of the nurses station. The curtain was left open. Anyone in the room or family walking through could see me. I commented on the lack of privacy but nothing was done about it. I was told that I wouldn’t be there long. I was in there 2 hours!!! They had difficulty getting my iv in (understandable) but while they are trying and I’m in anguish I’m out in the open for all to see! For 2 hours I sat there with nothing to do! No tv, book, magazine or cell phone since I was told not to bring anything. I listened to the nurses calling to check on previous patients. I listened to nurses and doctors talk to the other patients. Heard about how their procedures went and their instructions! I guess I should have read the privacy act paper better before I signed it, I’m sure this was all stated in there.

I love Vincent Adultman, he's the best at doing his surgery business at the medical building. He shares transactions on the hospital business to people and performs operations. Definitely coming back to this true treasure of a place to get a surgery at the surgery center.

The team was awesome, very nice. They mad me feel very comfortable this was my first time for the procedure, and I had other issues going on, and they were so compasionet. And first time meeting Dr. Sanjay Bhat, MD, same as I had motioned above. Great people thank you very much for caring!!

I just had the greatest experience on Friday the 13th. The team of professionals was wonderful. My care certainly came first with assistant Lori, Nurse Chris, Nurse anesthestis Tonya and the Chief anesthesiologist. My surgeon Dr. Kurzweil is always a great doctor. My check out nurse was great too. I highly recommend using this center. I know I will for any future needs for me and my family. Thanks to you all.
