I had to make an appointment after my hospital stay as a next step. I called for 2 weeks can never get anyone on the phone. Filled out multiple requests for an appointment on their website and have not received a call nor can i ever and I mean ever talk to anyone here. Are they in business?

Dr.Root provided me with excellent care during an emergency procedure for an acute duodenal ulcer with hemorrhage at Missouri Baptist Hospital two months ago. I had my follow up visit with him today. He was friendly and very thorough in answering all of my questions. He explained the best steps forward to make sure my medical situation was resolved. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and I feel confident in the decisions he made concerning my medicines and the tests he requested in order to provide me with excellent care.
