Dr. Higano might have good medical skills but his bedside manner is lacking. He doesn't demonstrate care or concern and can be arrogant and patronizing. I left my visit still not knowing why I was having symptoms.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hogan for many years. He has excellent bedside manners, seems very compassionate and caring. He has always listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingingly, ran diagnostic tests and has followed up with me. He continues to monitor my care and I highly recommend him to anyone. I couldn't ask for a better physician. I wish many other physicians could provide the same bedside manners, compassion and level of care as Dr. Higano provides. Shawna B.
