Dr. Bayliss was able to diagnose my son right away after other doctors had ignored his symptoms. She called me from her personal phone to give me the results and told me to call her directly with any questions or concerns. She was very kind to us through the process. She is very busy and fills up far in advance.

We went to see Dr. Bayliss. Waited in a small, disgusting room for her for over 90 minutes. Walks in without any apology for making us wait forever. Thank God her time is far more important than ours. Told us to use medicine we have at home. Complete waste of time. We will never go back, and I would not recommend her nor Children's to anyone. As long as they were able to charge us for the visit and make some money, all is good!

La Dra Bayliss es una excelente dermatologa infantil y tiene una excelente calidad humana. Tuvimos una buena experiencia con ella y en general con las personas que trabajan en el children’s Hospital en Washington University en St Louis.

Dr. Bayliss knew immediately what was going on with our son even though it is extremely rare and many doctors haven’t even heard of it. I was very impressed with her knowledge and willingness to educate us about it.

My child had a hemangioma. Dr. Bayliss never fully went over possible risks, such as ulceration, damage to cartilage, breathing blockage. She knew it was a mixed hemangioma, but still prescribed a type of medicine that doesn't work on deep or mixed hemangiomas. She was impossible to get ahold of. Later, she prescribed a type of medicine my child should have been on from the beginning...without discussing side-effects. When side effects occurred, she never returned my calls. At the follow-up, she tried to tell us to keep giving the medicine to my child, even after we explained she'd not been sleeping while on the medicine. She then said surgery wouldn't be an option until she was at least 8. Well, we took her to a surgeon ourselves and it was surgically removed. He couldn't believe she tried to give my daughter that medicine so late into treatment. Do yourself a favor and look for a different specialist if your child has a hemangioma!

Took my child to her several years ago. She was very rude. She actually refused to wash or disinfect her hands with hand sanitizer before examining my child despite the fact that I requested she do so. I then had to worry about my child picking up some infection from her hands. Unbelievable.

Calls back with updates on test results and to check on how my son is doing. She genuinely cares and listens to our concerns and answers our questions.

My fiancée tried to schedule an appointment for our son and the scheduler was very rude to him and stated that he could not be seen. When he asked her why, he was informed that he had an appointment back in 10/2014 and did not show up. We were both confused because we never contacted them to schedule anything. So I called and told them that he has never had a scheduled appointment with them because at that time he was going to St Luke's to be seen. The rude scheduler told my fiancée that they had called and texted him and we are like how because he was just a 4 year old child at the time so how were you contacting a 4 year old. This has just rubbed us the wrong way and we will definitely not refer her to any family or friends.

Dr. Bayliss prescribes medicine without ever mentioning any side effects. She is not concerned about patients’ health. Parents please either find another doctor or protect your children by asking a lot of questions and not assuming she will tell you anything.
