We love Dr Ortiz and her staff. She does really good job to provide the best for your kids health. She also helped me in soo many ways, while raising my baby, since I was the first time parent. I never had any other consultation anywhere, just followed her advices and called their nurse line when we needed. They helped each time, without missing single thing. Under her supervision my baby is growing healthy and well taken care of. My main focus is that may child has a good doctor, who will provide good care to her while growing. And Dr Ortiz it is for sure! This office deserves 10+ stars.

As a patient for many years very disappointed! Covid is used as an excuse to prolong the agony of waiting! Getting to the doctor is a lottery when you call, they put you on hold! It seems very busy, but when I Get There it is empty! Disappointed, especially since the pediatric office will go instead to urgent care!

Dr. Ortiz is the best. We have taking our 3 children here for the past 13 years. She is amazing and so are the other pediatricians, nurses and office staff. She is a great listener with great bedside manner. I cant express how much we love and appreciate all she has done for us over the years.

A happy and healthy baby is certainly ensured by the caring staff.

The staff temp-checked us upon arrival, greeting us at the door. Friendly and helpful staff from the get go. This is BIG in our book! Even bigger though is the impression made by the pediatric Dr. It was our first visit and we were very impressed. Dr. Ortiz seemed knowledgable, caring and took time to explain in detail what was needed to maintain our newborn baby boy's health. She explained such things as what to do about feeding schedule, what to expect the first couple weeks at home as we adjust to life with a newborn, including various health milestones as he progresses through his first two months of age, and answered all our questions. The medical assistants and nurses were all polite and pleasant. We were provided detailed info in a pamphlet and typewritten form as a follow up to detail what was shared with us during the visit. As we left, the Dr. gifted us with a diaper backpack carrier and a wonderful book on babies and their first year. I'm sure we will continue to be pleased with Dr. Ortiz and her staff as he grows in age. We had a good feeling at our first appt. Dr. Ortiz helped by providing us with clarity and medical insight yet provided the information with a down to Earth and genuine, caring attitude. She has a terrific bedside manner that is not a gift most Drs. posess. She came highly recommended from another highly regarded, local Obstetrician. Very impressed and thankful we have her as our pediatrician! Thank you to the entire staff for a great experience and putting this first-time mother's mind at ease. 👶⚕

I have had only positive experices here brining all three of my children here over the past 20 years. I love the Pediatricians and the nurses, thay have always been amazing with my kids. I don't interact much with the office /front desk staff other than making appointments (they call and keep you current on your kids checkups yearly), checking in (done on a tablet), and saying goodbye once I leave.

The staff and doctors are unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Baszis and Dr Kurtz are wonderful pediatricians! They actually do in hospital visits, the after hours support is excellent, and we've never had a problem getting a same day appointment when our kids have been sick.

I take both my girls here and love it. Wait time is short and the nurses handle my oldest daughter who has extreme doctor anxiety due to having multiple ear infections when she was younger very well. Dr. Ortiz is so knowledgeable and I love that I learn something new every time I visit.

Wonderful staff, clean office, prompt service.
