Don't waste your time on hold, poor communication, supervision and they falsified avaliable appointment times.
I always find my medical specialist at CAM. It is good to have in St. Louis. Parking and the PAYING FOR PARKING, can often be challenging. My specialists are excellent. A great attribute: live music is often performed in the lobby. It is wonderful to hear music that takes one away from the medical problems that brought you here.
FYI they refer to it as "Cam." This place is huge and I felt so cosmopolitan walking through the hospital. All of my experiences here -- to see a couple of specialists and to get some imaging -- were good. I don't know whether the cafeteria I visited was the main one or a minor dining establishment, and I can't describe where I was, but the transition time between breakfast and lunch couple have been better. I wish more of the offices validated parking fully. Only one did. The others did at 50%.
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I was well taken care of by my doctor. Always had short waiting times, even day of surgery I didn't wait longer than 30 mins in the lobby before going back for surgery prep. Then they allowed my husband to stay with me while I waited to go back to the OR. My doctor explained everything so incredibly well and I had every confidence in her to do an incredible job. My nurse was amazing and helped me through the prep process knowing full well of my vasovagal syncope issues and she managed it like a champ. My anesthesiologist was very professional and helped me to laugh. Honestly, I'd do it again 10/10!
Great valet parking.$2.ent office is wonderful.only been 2 time but, very nice building and helpful people inside and outside with parking.
I love it here but why are there no outside sitting areas except where people are smoking or cars are running? People who wear masks indoors might have time to kill and want some fresh air. No benches around the building at all.
I went to see Emily Myers NP yesterday. The experience was terrible. First, I made an appointment with an MD because I wanted to see an MD. They called to cancel and reschedule it later. That's how I ended up with an NP. She could see me sooner. The experience was traumatic and dehumanizing. It was yesterday and I am still crying. I don't want to go back. I am considering risking my health and avoiding preventative care like physicals because I can't face being treated that way again. I don't know what I would do if I actually got sick. Die? I would prefer it to how I was treated yesterday.
The care I received at the Center for Advanced Medicine (primarily in the brain tumor clinic) has been incredible. Every doctor, nurse, and tech has been professional and compassionate. As much as I wish I never needed a place like Center for Advanced Medicine/Siteman, I am so glad that it exists and I would recommend it to anyone making decisions about where to undergo treatment.
Friendly staff but most importantly they kept to our scheduled appointment times for our procedure.
Beautiful building. I really enjoy when there is a live piano player in the atrium part. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Euclid Garage near however, there is a big dip prior to entering the garage that can be teeth jarring if not taken slow. It is not well marked. There is a long walk from the parking garage to the CAM. When I’ll this walk is almost too much to accomplish, even to see your physician. There is valet parking available, but when I have used there has always been an extensive wait for the vehicle to be retrieved. It was nice to see the return of magazines and print matter in my physicians office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
