Dr. Smith and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr Smith is a very kind caring and understanding physician and is an asset to the University. His Fellow who accompanied him on the visit should be recognized. All of my concerns were addressed and answered by either Dr. Smith or the fellow.

I feel Dr. Smith fails to take the needed time to listen to you. Two visits ago, he failed to read the intake nurse’s chart input about what drugs I was taking and I had to correct him. Then at my last visit, the nurse practitioner who saw me (who also failed to read the intake nurse’s chart input) was surprised when I had to correct her as to what drugs I was taking as well. Two appointments and two care errors - I am now changing providers.

My post operative care was horrible. It was as if he and his staff were saying "not my problem". Barnes is also a gross place to have anything done. It is not clean, difficult to park, and extremely cluttered and confusing to get around.
