I love that you can check in before you get there and you received messages about your place in line. When I did received the text I'm second in line come on in. It wasn't a long wait. I completed my paperwork and was in the back in about 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions. I highly recommend.

As a 4th year MD student going into emergency medicine with a lot of prior EM experience, I've seen some dumpster fires for clinics and some great ones. This seems to be one of the great ones. I love the way this clinic is run. TAUC does one thing I've never seen another urgent care do in any of the states I've been in. They check you in, let you know what number you are in line, then text you when you're 2nd in line to come back to register. Instead of sitting in a waiting room for hours, you're able to go on about your day. Staff was great and place was clean.

Dr t Albert was very helpful and personable, also the tech, Maya. Want to be sure that is noted. One question: i was #6 in the queue, and when i went int as #2 came up on my phone, I went in and was told I didn’t have to register, as the treatment rooms were full, and only 6 patients could be in the back at one time. I would have to wait for a discharge. I waited only 30 min, which wouldn’t be a big deal without the UTI symptoms. If I were number 6, shouldn’t I have been one of the first 6 people to be treated? This was at 8:30AM, and I was prompt when I received the #2 text.

We arrived late in the day after my son was injured at football practice. We were seen right away, no long wait. Everyone was concerned about my son's injury and getting him the proper treatment. Thank you for taking such good care of him!
