Everyone here was simply amazing. They are obviously all here to take care of you and your needs. I called a couple times about the time of my covid test and they assured me it was soon and got me in quickly. Totally recommend for anyone needing urgent care and wanting helpful people doing it. Will be coming back (if need be) :)

The location on Grand is very professional. The front desk staff, EMT Megan, and PA Katie were all really great...especially given how hard our healthcare system is being hit right now. Big Kudos to the women at TAUC on Grand!

This place Rocks. The seemless process the whole TAUC chain has, makes me wonder why facilities like these weren't invented earlier. Incredibly easy process to get in and be cared for. Concerned and attentive reception, with compassionate professionals. The Mobile phone tool they have is incredibly precise in letting you know when it's time to arrive. I'm thankful for all at TAUC. The best care in St. Louis.

The girl Brittany at the urgent care on south grand was very rude on the phone all I was trying to tell her that I been trying to get a covid appointment and she kept cutting me off and said well I dont know what to tell u then go some where else I hate urgent care on south grand they are always rude

TUAC has very efficient system set up to make appointments and hold spot in line via Internet. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room.Docs/Nurses/support staff were not only informative, but genuinely nice people. I'd definitely go back for services, and recommend to others in need.
