I was referred here from another TAUC location that didn't have any more openings for COVID testing. I was added to their wait list, texted within 3 hours, immediately got in on arrival, and promptly tested. I was very pleased with my experience.

Great providers with excellent support staff. The new electronic queue system is great! I get to wait for my visit in the comfort of my own home, which is a major benefit when I'm not feeling well. Their front desk staff is top notch and always a pleasure to work with.

This was my second visit to St. Louis Hills TUAC, and I was even more impressed. I called before so I was taken right in when I arrived. Due to my presenting symptoms I was given an EKG and chest x-ray by a technician, then the doctor interviewed me and prescribed a Covid swab test. I left with a sheet of specific directions for aftercare. All this in less than an hour--barely any waiting times between tests, etc. On top of the efficiency, every member of this team knew how to project compassion. I felt truly cared for. Thank you!

I am so impressed with Total Access’ waiting and check in process. And the staff was so helpful and calm. I really felt taken care of. In the midst of the pandemic confusion, TAUC was a blessing.

As always, I received top-notch care during my latest visit to TAUC. Everyone is friendly, helpful and most of all caring. The convenience of everything at one location, including the filling of prescriptions, is an awesome concept. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care to all.

I had to visit TUC to have a Covid test completed after exposure. Times are stressful right now with the recent variant outbreak but the great team at TUC was very comforting, calm and helpful. I appreciate Morgan B. for her help throughout the process by sharing knowledgeable advice when it came to the virus and preventative measures.
