Everyone we interacted with at this location was great. I had to bring my 4 year old daughter in for a head injury. Even though this is not s pediatric facility, I felt like it was. Everyone was so patient and kind with her. If we are ever in need of urgent care again, we will be back here. Thank you for a great experience!

I'd be happy to leave a review. Highly recommended. I was here about 4 years ago and was very pleased then. Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. I have even brought my kids here and especially for Covid testing and they were very happy as well. I'm thankful to of come here. I was glad they were able to treat me for my issue. Love Love Love coming here when needed. I would highly recommend. Just an all around great place. Pleased with my results. Thank you Total Access Urgent Care. You're the best!!

I went here recently because I wasn't feeling well. They were very professional and helpful. They were overwhelmed because of Covid, but they did their job well in spite of this. I would highly recommend this place.

I went to the Total Access off tesson ferry by Mercy hospital. I came in with a head injury and they saw me right away. The staff was really nice and really attentive to me. It meant a lot because I had been to multiple other urgent cares that day and everyone turned me around or said that I had a 5-Hour wait. I ended up needing multiple stitches in my head and they had to clean it out because it was an open wound. I'm really thankful for Total Access and glad that they got me in so fast. They really have a good team.

Easiest place to get a covid test. Their texting system for getting into line and actually getting tested is the best way to navigate when all testing locations are so busy. Just make sure you are on-line to reserve a spot at 6 a.m.

They were super nice and helpful here! For it to be Christmas Day all I can say is thank you !!! My daughter, fiancé and I were in visiting for ATLANTA our first trio since the pandemic and we were here getting tested for Covid and it came out positive. Very unfortunate but a day to remember. No symptoms, staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you all !
