I was quickly put into a room. The staff was very kind and supportive. I was given a thorough work up for my medical issue and when the doctor determined I needed to go to the ER they called ahead and sent my tests so the ER was expecting me when I arrived.

The staff at Total Access Urgent Care in Rock Hill was beyond amazing. The whole staff was remarkable from the entrance to the exit of the services. They took care of me and, my daughter very well. We both were having problems with our insurance but, that didn't stop them from giving us still excellent care. The doctor was very patient and caring to both our needs. They really treat you like royalty and priceless. I would return for the amazing care and, recommend this Total Access Urgent Care Rock Hill.

They were amazing with my 3yo daughter. They cared for her fractured arm with tenderness and kept me from loosing my sh*t! Not to mention it was under 300 dollars! Thanks a lot guys!

Check in and medical assistant staff and Dr Fuchs were all attentive, efficient and above all seemed to be genuinely concerned about addressing my situation. I highly recommend this facility.

For RT-PCR test, they said it will take one hour but it took little over one hour, no concerns there as I know it takes time. In the meantime while I was waiting in the room for the results, staff kept checking on me if I need anything. Very professional service. Thank you
