Went to the TAUC on Telegraph Rd and Pottle Av in South County around 10:45am. The receptionist, Stephanie, asked why I came in. She told me there were 18 people ahead of me and that she could put me in the system to get in line. I said had an eye doctor appointment at 1:30pm that day and if I got in line the time I would be ready to be seen by TAUC would likely conflict with my eye appointment. She explained how it would work and said when I received a notice I could cancel if it conflicted. She asked for a little more in-depth information about my condition. After I told her she said, I'm going to get you in now so we can check it out. Miranda, Mandy, Claire, and Kennedy took excellent care of me during my visit. All said that they could do what was needed and if everything was good I could still make my 1:30pm appointment.They treated me with respect and kindness and it turned out to be something I could take care of by seeing a specialist.This review is not about how I was given expedited service. This is mostly about how one person didn't allow herself to be ruled by routine and procedure. It's about a person who used her powers of observation and thought to assess a situation and make a decision for the benefit of someone else. While my thanks goes to all who I have mentioned, a special thank you goes to Stephanie for not only treating me as a human but for acting like one. Thank you Stephanie!

I was seen very quickly due to shortness of breath. Every member of the staff was wonderful! They checked on me often and I left feeling much more comfortable. Would highly recommend!! Especially for anyone debating about going to an ER, much better choice!

M. Rebecca Eichhorn recently visited the Oakville location because of an injury requiring stitches. She received exellent care quality. The entire staff was pleasant, professional, courteous and caring. I found it necessary to go to TAUC 3 times in 2 months because of complications from a sinus infection, fever & bronchitis, the last visit was because I had been exposed to Covid & had symptoms & needed to get tested, my daughter called them & because of my age of 83 they told her to bring me right in. Fortunately I was negative & was diagnosed with bronchitis & was given a breathing treatment, they were so thorough & friendly & I was so grateful for their attention.

Every single time I have used this facility all of the staff has been soo extremely sweet. No matter how busy or short staffed they are, they still treat every individual with such care and compassion. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone there.
