Friendly staff, efficient service, no surprise bills. When you first present you are placed on a digital wait list and can check your status on your cell phone. Once you are inside the wait time is short. One star off for broken website on which the waitlist is always "full" and all locations are always "busy," even though you can still be seen in person. Maybe the website used to work before COVID, but now to be seen you must show up when they open in the morning and sign up to be seen in-person.

The Hampton location's staff were amazing. They addressed every concern I had and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. From the lady at registration, to the medical assistant, patient care tech, emt, x-ray tech, PA and Dr. They were all wonderful.

Very friendly place. The receptionist was kind and the nurses and practitioner who helped see me were thorough and answered my questions. Great place to go for health needs!

I arrived at my sons house and had forgot some of my prescriptions / high blood pressure meds. I'm from out of state. Total Access was right down the street so I went in and the ease, and Dr. were so much more efficient than my actual primary care physicians office!

TAUC on Hampton is great! Signing up for Covid testing was very easy and convenient for someone not feeling well. The front staff, nurse and the doctor were very nice and efficient. I know these are chaotic times but couldn’t have had a better experience!
