Nurse Jennifer is the individual who manages all of my medications and supports me with both my mental and physical health challenges. I have been to over 20 hospitals and clinics over the past three years due to a chronic pain syndrome, and I can confidently say that Nurse Jennifer has been the most understanding and helpful provider I have ever worked with. She truly empathizes with her patients and always approaches my care with caution and thoughtfulness. Before prescribing any medication, Nurse Jennifer carefully explains the pros and cons, allowing us to make informed decisions together. Additionally, she always gives me ample time during appointments to express my concerns and ask questions. Nurse Jennifer, you are incredible. If you’re reading this, please know how much you are appreciated. For anyone considering her care, I highly recommend her — you will not regret it. ~ AJ Ackerburg

Reception is not helpful at all, and my Doctor is ALWAYS at the very LEAST 30 minutes late for all of my appointments because they only allow their doctor’s to have 15 min time slots. My appointments take 5 minutes, so I’m not too sure what the hold up is. I have a very busy life, so I find her not respecting her other patient’s time extremely insulting as well as completely unprofessional. 100% don’t recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Not a fan of this office & will be transferring to a different office. They don’t communicate with their patients if a doctor is going to be out. I’ve had two appointments that they forgot about. $100 for a 15-minute call is ridiculous. Especially if the patient has to do the job of the front office! I went into the office once and I was early for my appointment- I waited for 45 minutes to be seen. The phone etiquette from most of the front staff is unprofessional. They are not friendly at all. I do not recommend.

The Nurse practitioners here are amazing but the receptionist is so rude and will just greet you with “psychiatrist office” and not say anything else.

Dr.Baram is a great man !! I've seen him since I was a preteen . He has helped me a lot throughout that time mentally and legally. He seems to really care about his patients and isn't just a doctor to me , he's more of a friend/family member. I actually can't wait to go see him 😄 Thanks dr.baram whether you knew it or not you have impacted my life !!

Inexplicably, arbitrarily, and baselessly concluded i was a drug seeker and dropped me as a patient. He could have at least asked for a urine or hair sample instead of wrecking my life right on the cusp of finally responding to the treatments after electroconvulsive therapy and dozens of meds did nothing to to stop my suicidal decline. Very cruel and reckless. He seemed so attentive and compassionate. Esketamine definitely works though.
