Dr. Lai and the staff here at the clinic are AMAZING! They have taken the best care of my mother, which is no easy task. The doctor answers all the questions every time and his “bedside manner” is top notch. Nowadays this is a rarity to find. Great advice and treatment every time. Thank you for the professionalism, patience and thoughtfulness with each visit.

My son got the best care with dr lai, he was very detail orientated and made sure all the tests needed were done to make sure my son was treated appropriately. Dr Lai is a great doctor and I have been seeing him for my knee for injections for last few years as well.

Saw Dr. Vincent Lai for excruciating pain in left lower leg and extreme difficulty walking. Took X-rays of fibula and tibia which he said were negative. Diagnosed me with shin splints and did not recommend any further imaging. Five days later another another physician took X-rays and diagnosed a fractured tibia. I felt Dr. Lai dismissed the severity of my pain, was rushed, and lacked compassion. Would not recommend Dr. Lai

I've only seen Dr Lai one time but I was very impressed with him... He is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner.. He takes time to explain everything to you and if you don't understand, he will go over it until you do. I am a 76 year old male and sometimes it takes a couple times for me to understand ! I am so glad that I got in with Dr. Lai because I feel he is going to do me a lot of good and get me back on the road to recovery !

No one ever answers the phone, if you leave several messages, maybe someone will call you back. If you miss their call you are out of luck.

Dr. Lai listened carefully and answered questions regarding my knee and hip pain. He is personable and compassionate towards me. His staff exhibit the same caring characteristics.

Everyone was polite and professional. My appointment started right on time. The only thing that’s confusing is that the website says they have on site MRI but when I got there that was not the case. Not sure if that was cause of COVID though.
