I don't typically leave reviews and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but the client care here is a zero out of five. Had two very disappointing interactions with two different staffers when trying to get answers about a biopsy result. Both times I said I have additional questions and would like to talk to my doctor, both times they had snarky/unhelpful responses. They each lacked sympathy and expressed zero interest in trying to be helpful/get me answers for my warranted concerns/questions. If customer service isn't important to you when you are trying to get clarity on medical issues you're experiencing then sure, this could be a great option for you!

First experience and it was better than great. I wasn't sure what to expect but Dr Trisha was kind and courteous and went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will come back when needed. Can't recommend enough

Our entire family sees Dr. Goeller, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. When she moved, we happily followed her to her beautiful new office because we trust her completely. She is kind, thorough, and always takes the time to listen and answer our questions. The staff is welcoming, and every visit is a positive experience. I highly recommend her and her practice!

Vista Dermatology is the BEST! Dr. Scharf is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making every appointment a great experience. The office is beautiful, well-run, and always on schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Scharf and Vista Dermatology to anyone looking for exceptional dermatology care!

Rarely do I write reviews but wanted to share how happy I am to have found Dr. Trisha Scharff and the staff at Vista Dermatology. My husband and I had been searching for a Dermatologist that offered both great medical care and bedside manner. We both have "white" coat nerves and now that we are in our 50's we needed to have our spots, bumps and barnacles checked out. Dr. Scharff completely put us at ease, with her friendly manner and thorough examination...from head to toe. Spots I had always wondered about - she explained exactly what they are and educated us on what to look for. It's been over 8 years since I had a Dermatologist that I was comfortable with and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Scharff. For someone who gets nervous for every doctor's visit, I am happy to say we finally found our Derma Doctor to round out our Healthcare team. We highly recommend Dr. Trisha Scharff.
