Absolutely wonderful. Love that everything is explained with no rush, she truly wants you to understand and feel comfortable. Incisions were so small and healed so very quickly. She was highly recommended by my fertility doctor and I’m so so so thankful for that. One of a kind, caring and full of knowledge.

I was referred to Dr. Ross by my fertility specialist. I had found out that they had talked directly regarding my concerns and that was so nice to have not have to explain myself. I went in for my consult and she was so welcoming, caring, listened and showed that she genuinely cared. The scheduling team was so fast and on it which I appreciated so much. Dr. Ross called me personally before my surgery and the day of surgery everything went great. I was seen for removal of endometriosis and wanted to be able to continue my fertility care ASAP. Because of Dr. Ross and her team I was able to get pregnant less than a month after my surgery after a two year wait. I cannot thank them enough.

I can't say enough kind words about Dr Trotter Ross and her office. I did a alot of research on the type of surgery I needed and decided on her. First off, her office and her are so quick in replying to messages. Second, my consultation (endometriosis) lasted about an hour and I never felt more relieved and validated in such a short time. Once surgery came, I was nervous but knew I was in great hands. Afterwards she spent time sitting with my mother telling what what was found, etc. Once I was home I needed an extra prescription and my mom called the after hours line and Dr. Trotter Ross called back right away and remembered my mom's name. Seems like a little thing but it meant a lot. I have recovered well and my incisions are small. I wish she did regular obgyn care as well bc she is just wonderful!

Truly an incredible, caring doctor. Needed surgery in 2021, Dr. Ross met with me for an hour to talk about my symptoms and how we can treat both with surgery and with other medications/therapies. She was the first doctor to truly listen to me and provide helpful solutions. She was so kind, so knowledgeable, and she really changed my life with her treatment and surgery. She was wonderful before surgery and checked up on me thoroughly after surgery. I would 100% go back to her if I ever needed to and would absolutely recommend her to anyone, particularly any person dealing with endometriosis - she is a pro.

I cannot recommend her enough. As a transgender patient, I felt nothing but comfort during interactions with her and her staff. She was incredibly thorough and patient, making sure to let me think of questions to ask instead of rushing to the next patient as is typical these days. Plus, her communication beyond the appointment exceeds my expectations, and tells me that she really cares about her patients like they're her family.

Dr. Ross is friendly and very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to adding her to my team of medical professionals to help me manage my conditions.

Dr. Ross recently performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy on me. She was recommended through another gynecologist as a “go to” doctor for tricky hysterectomies. I had an enlarged uterus and several large fibroids which would have normally forced me into a traditional hysterectomy. Every aspect in dealing with Dr. Ross was professional with a wonderful and caring approach. She listened when I talked about my struggles and remembered later what I had told her. The day of my surgery was breeze and my recovery has been easy and uneventful. It hasn’t been a month since surgery and my scars are barely noticeable. I highly recommend Dr. Ross to anyone who needs a doctor who is not only skilled but feels like a friend.
