Doctors are ok but the operations side of things is out of whack. My appointment was supposed to be for a Monday and it ended up being schedule for Tuesday. I went to the office on Monday for them to tell me that it was Tuesday. Took forever to see a secretary or manager that I ended up leaving and going to an urgent care. When I came back to the office for a referral to an specialist, they had me waiting because they didn’t have the documents from the urgent care even though I called an left a voicemail with the information. They said they “did not have a voicemail from me” even though I clearly remember hearing the operator queue for leaving a message and my phone indicates two calls to the office in less than 5 mins. If the office didn’t not receive the information from me that clearly they specified as important, why didn’t they follow up with me? Terrible

Dr.Bowen is the greatest. I’ve been going to him as my PCP for nearly 40 yrs. and he is very professional and perceptive. Five stars all the way. He is also a great Cardiologist.

Excellent. Seen him because my dr was retiring. He asked questions and answered all of mine . Ran some test to form a baseline. Called me back personally with the results . Wow! Did not feel rushed at all in he’s office. I couldn’t be happier.

I was very pleased . My old doc was retiring and needed to find a new one . Seen dr Bowen. I was not rushed in he’s office. He asked a lot of questions . Ran some test to make sure everything was all right and to get a baseline. And called me back personally with the results . Wow ! He’s been around plenty long to have seen it all so yes I feel really good to be under he’s care .

Dr. Bowen is an outstanding doctor, he is patient, good listener. I have been blessed by his recommendations and pleased with him and his knowledge of medicine.

Moved to STL and a new Dr. That Dr. never saw me; he use an office PA. That PA screwed with my drugs so much that I re-developed my heart condition. Saw Dr. Bowen and he fixed my issues immediately. I have continued with Dr. Bowen for several years and I am most pleased. He is easy to see and he takes the necessary time with me.

dr. bowen is the best doctor i have ever seen. he spends quality time and is very knowledgeable i highly recommend him, also other doctors see him as well which tells me that he is also very trustworthy

I have been seeing Dr Bowen for 35 years. His diagnostic skills have been excellent. I've had treatment and contact with other physicians in Maryland Medical, and have liked them all. When I have needed a procedure outside of his group practice, the other physicians he has sent me to have been uniformly excellent.
