I started my cancer journey in another state. The surgeon there told me I was cured after my lumpectomy. No further tests required since I didn’t have positive cancer Moved to Mo had radiation here. After radiation I saw Dr Tu. I was with her about five minutes and she said I needed a dna test and to think about what the actress did. She studied my information from the first doctors. Said since my brother died of pancreatic cancer and my sister had cervical cancer, mine was triple negative breast cancer, she was 99% sure I had the recessive gene The test revealed I have the gene. I also chose to have a double mastectomy like the actress did as a preventative procedure. Thank you Dr Tu .I am being followed for pancreatic pre cancer cysts . Because of the dna results
