List of Alexander Schuetz's Reviews
Caring, informative, professional. Pleasant visit from start to finish.
Dr Schuetz and Malinda always give excellent care. The ladies who answer the phones on the other hand I always have problems with. I get put on hold and forgotten about, hung up on, told they can’t help me, one lady always tries to diagnose me over the phone when all I want is to make an appointment to see my doctor. I sat on hold twice for 45 minutes today before I gave up.
Dr is excellent. Telephone service is terrible. Wait time is unacceptable. Need more operators.
Dr Schuetz has been a great doctor to our family for the last 18 years. Since my oldest was born he has helped us through many sicknesses and has always been caring and willing to help. We have always been able to count on him and his team at Boonslick to be there when we need them. We have referred many families to his office and now my niece uses him as her internist! If your looking for a new doctor Dr Alexander Schuetz is the best around!
Very kind caring and patient doctor would highly recommend
Dr. Schuetz has been my physician for several years. Always pleasant and always on top of whatever is going on with any issues I have. Recommend him highly. His office is always very helpful and always professional.
Very professional and kind. Has best interest of patient in mind.
Horrible experience with this doctor. I was on anxiety medicine for 2 1/2 years and came to this doctor because my other doctor moved. This doctor or it’s nurse practitioner are the WORST!! I have ever had in my life! I requested a refill for the medication I needed which was giving to me regularly due to sever anxiety. They then stopped contacting me for days at a time then would call me back and say “oh we tried calling you” no they did not. Complete lies. Anyways what this story concludes too is that I ended up having multiple seizures and ended up in the hospital. They wouldn’t call me back or anything about my medication which was giving to me regularly as I said before. DO NOT come here. If already contacted the better business bureau on them.
Dr. Alexander Schuetz has taken care of my family for the last 12 years and I couldn't be happier that we found him. Dr. Schuetz is a caring and patient MD who can be reached anytime of the day or night regardless of the situation. Two years ago my wife had a serious kidney infection that went septic overnight - very serious and life threatening. Not only did Dr. Schuetz show up at the emergency room to insure my wife was given the proper care, he brought an amazing urologist with him to insure my wife got the care she needed immediately. Always checking back with genuine interest and compassion. He's responsive like no other doctor we've ever known. Medications, proper treatment, child care. He's on it. The best Doctor in town, no question. This Doctor is a rock star!
Not the doctor that his father was. Thereis no cure for the pain that i have and was told all they could do was keep me comfortable . So he gave me 5 325 hydrocodone for my pain which is what a denist gives after you have a tooth pulled which does nothing for real pain. Than when i went to pain management i now have perment nerve damage and i take 2 for real bad pain and he wants me to suffer all my pain for a week because he wants to prove a point but i really need 10mg hydrocodone. This is why he is not a good doctor because instead of helping a person in pain that got that way at his referral. Can even help .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
