Dr. Piening is always in a pleasant and caring mood. He listens to what tell him, asks questions, exams whatever is causing my problem, thoroughly discuses the problem, and gives me steps to follow/medication to take or just soothes my worries. When I leave the office I feel like someone cares about my health and will work with me to keep healthy or improve my situation.

My mothers' name is Stella and she is blind. Whenever I call or bring her in with a health issue, the staff are so kind and they make my mom feel so special. Dr. Piening is Exceptional.

I called to become a new patient of Dr. Kurt if he is taking new patients. The lady who answered the phone asked me for my information so that she can pass them on to Dr. Kurt for his review. She also mentioned that if Dr. Kurt wishes to take me on as a patient, I will here back from them. I did not know that doctors now checked if they have a healthy or unhealthy patient before deciding to be their doctor. I hope Dr. Kurt only meets the patients he wants to provide medical care for and not one he has to but does not want to. That will be a bad day for the patient. In my opinion, a doctor should take on any patient regardless of their health history if they are accepting new patients. After taking on a new patient, they should advice them to the best of their knowledge and refer to other medical professionals for things they are not an expert on or when they need a second opinion. I also think the this doctor may have forgotten the oath he took when become a doctor because, why would you need a doctor if you are healthy?

Great doctor, good listener. My husband and I have been patients for 5 years and appreciate that he takes time to listen and make sure he answers all of your questions. He can be tough to get in to see though, because he has a lot of patients, but he's worth the wait.

So i called to become a new patient of Dr. Piening only to be told i would have to give my information which he would then look over and decide if he wished to take me on or not. When the girl got back on the phone she spoke i spoke she said hello three times and acted like suddenly she couldnt hear me which is very odd considering we were just talking perfectly fine then she hung up no sorry please call back nothing.
