List of Premier Dental Partners Oral Surgery And Dental Implant Center's Reviews
I was so nervous about having 4 teeth removed , however from the time I walked into the office, up until the time I left woozy with my pickup person, I felt safe and taken care of! They walked and talked me through everything and it felt like I blinked and it was over and done! I woke up with minimal Pain and swelling and I feel 100% better!!!!! If you are think about coming here to have your procedure done, don’t hesitate because you will not be disappointed!
It was a pain filling out the paperwork on actual paper. A iPAd or tablet would have made much easier.
The staff are professional, and kind. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I liked knowing up front about my out of pocket costs.
Money hungry! Charged me almost $250 for a “Second opinion” when it was already determined by the last doctor what the issue was. Chose to go to another surgeon, oral n facial surgeons in eureka, had spectacular service! Also the new doc did not charge me for a “2nd opinion” or for 3D xray scan. Also was offered a payment plan for my surgery, when dr stutz just told me pay the whole thing out of pocket. Staff was also very rude and mis informative, saying I was late, when I was actually on time, they were just collecting payments on the phone and money grubbing from two other clients. Lady at the front said I’m either gonna pay it here or at another doctor, which wasn’t the case, so I should’ve just went where else. Secondly, my mother who’s older and doesn’t use the internet got work done by them and said they don’t have good bedside manners, were very short and slight. The doctor was very short with me and her as well, provided no extra information about the procedure, just pay him and go. Now she has to get more work done, because it wasn’t done correctly by Dr stutz. Would not recommend at all!
The room I was in did not look clean, it was extremely cold. The area where they completed my X-ray was full of boxed in an already small space. The RN or MA did spoke/ talk to the back of my head until I moved chairs. While waiting on the Doctor to come in the lights went out for lack of movement I would assume. When the Doctor entered the room after waiting 30 minutes for my consultation it was more of a this is what we are doing here’s the cost and enjoy your day.
Very professional visit, was pleased with all the personnel I came in contact with, except for some patients to whom rules and request don't apply, such as not using a cell phone in the office, but what are you going to do?just have to tolerate rude and inconsiderate people, they're every where, sorry to say. They haven't found that going through life with out an attitude is so much easier. In spite of those two people,it was a very good experience, thank you.
Very kind and professional staff. My questions were answered and I appreciated being seen in timely manner.
Was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and Dr. Stutz removed my tooth and bone, doing an excellent job. The personnel were friendly.
Dr and Oral Assistant were pleasant. Have not had procedure to be able to comment on quality of work. Consultation fees should be deducted from out of pocket surgery cost, if the patient opts to have the Dr perform the procedure.
I feel like my appointment was nothing more than a cash grab. Completely pointless considering nothing was accomplished

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
