I had an excellent experience right from the time I took an appointment to the time when one of my wisdom teeth was extracted by Dr Tim Weber. Dr Weber was able to perform the oral surgery with precision and also made me comfortable during the procedure. He went above and beyond by calling me in the evening to find out how I was doing. Additionally, I would like to thank Annie and Kim, who were very patient in answering my questions related to the procedure and billing. Lastly, I would also like to thank Sydney, who was there with Dr Weber to assist during the procedure.

My husband saw Dr. Timothy Weber for an extraction. The receptionists were wonderful, kind, and got him in quickly. The assistant was super sweet, caring, and explained everything so well. Dr. Weber was amazing! He took his time explaining the procedure, answering any questions, and was very gentle. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Weber even called the same evening to check on my husband. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of oral surgery!

I went to Dr Weber for extractions preparing for dentures. First visit was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and professional in every way. Consultation wit Dr. Weber went well and I received great advice and plan for moving forward. I could tell his advice was from years of experience. His personality is of a person I would like to be friends with. Moving on, I completed all the extractions with Dr, Weber and it went very well with no complications, or infections etc. A great outcome. Of course there was soreness after the anesthesia wore off, but less than I anticipated. Overall a big thumps up !! John Pittman

I’ve had the best dental procedure I’ve ever had with Dr Brent Kincaid. Despite my dental anxiety and my own trembling in the chair, Dr Kincaid was kind, patient, and informative. The topical numbing was so potent, that I didn’t even feel the injection numbing (the part I was most afraid of). No pain during the whole procedure. He called back and left a voicemail the day after to check in and see if my post-op pain and healing are ok. I would be happy bringing all of my dental issues back here!

I had the best experience today w Dr Tim Weber him and his staff is super kind and he even checked on me after hours I highly recommend his office to anyone. Also had a great experience when my daughter also had to have dental work done!I can't thank their office enough for their hospitality and Dr Weber thank you so much if I have to see an oral surgeon agian he will always be my go to for me and my family! I had a tooth extraction on 7/19/2024 at the St. Lukes location (I had an appointment at 2PM, but since it was 2:45, and I had not been seen yet, I went to the front desk and explained I had to pick my son up at 4PM. I was finally seen about 5 minutes after I told them I will have to leave) and did everything I was told to the first 4 days. The pain really kicked in on the 3rd day, and I treated it with ice, Ibuprofen, and the pain medicine that was prescribed. The medicine barely worked for the pain. Brushing the area was extremely painful, along with salt-water rinses. The pain continued to increase, and it was now going up towards my ear and the upper part of my teeth start hurting. I had a 6-month dentist appointment scheduled (thank goodness), and I explained everything to them. They called the surgeon's office to get me an appointment because they thought I had a dry socket. I was seen the next day (again having to wait 30 minutes to be seen), and I had my son with me. The doctor looked at it and was became extremely loud and condescending saying I wasn't doing what I needed to. It should be noted I have a high pain tolerance, so when I say I am in pain and medicine is not working, I am in pain. My son asked me on the way out why the doctor was yelling and being mean. I explained to him maybe he was having a bad day, but it doesn't make it right. If the pain continues, I will be going to the ER, and I will send the bill to St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I do have to say the ladies that assisted with the extraction were extremely nice and professional, so thank you.

I went to Dr. Brent Kincaid to have thee teeth removed. The office staff and Dr. Kincaid were very friendly and proficient. Dr. Kincaid listened attentively to my descriptions of the status of the teeth being removed, and carefully asked questions regarding things he needs to know before starting the extractions. He explained in detail how he was going to proceed, and what I might hear and feel during the extraction process. The gum numbing process was relatively painless. I felt no discomfort during the teeth extraction process. Dr. Kincaid described what to expect following the teeth extraction, and what I must do to promote healing. Twelve hours after teeth extraction there was no pain after stopping pain medicine. I really like Dr. Kincaid and highly recommend his staff and services.

THEY STOLE MY WISDOM TEETH. I Wanted my wisdom teeth and the doctor said yes, then a nurse said no. They clearly stole my property. Those wisdom were mine and I had the right to keep them because I grew them myself Edit: I was fresh out of surgery when I posted this, but they still never gave me my wisdom teeth. I am actually healing very well, so I guess they did well on the surgery part

The actual doctors and assistants were very thorough with explaining the procedure risks, chances of bumps on the road to recovery and home care. They were very kind and considerate and I can't thank you enough because I was really nervous. I don't really have any kind things to say about the people in the front desk. It took me three months to get this appointment. It wasn't only booked out three months but I had to call multiple times, left several voicemails that were never followed up with and replied to the automated texts that offer you the option to message them there for quicker or at least an alternative means of getting in contact with them. Once I did I couldn't ask any questions about being prepared for the appointment because it was like me calling to get this appointment was the biggest inconvenience and waste of time. Every question she asked was so rushed. I was cut off and talked over. You know how it is when people are rude and rushing you off the line. I get places get busy but this was odd to me because I wasn't just taking my time on the phone, she clearly had something to do or something not right with her day so I just tried to keep up. Also, nothing in terms of you being prepared for this appointment is ever explained over the phone. They expect you to show up and sign off to what is expected of you and then they act surprised and insulted when you aren't prepared. Make it better for everyone and do your due diligence over the phone when these appointments are booked months in advance (I also tried calling back for this information and again, no answer.) Lastly, I got there late. My reason was beyond my control, but I tried calling in advance, but no answer so I texted, no answer. Then I got a call once I was in the building and profusely apologized. The woman was dismissive and didn't care then slammed the glass door in my face and started letting completely loose and talking horribly of me like I couldn't hear. The glass isn't sound proof and it's an empty waiting room... I work in hospitality on a low level and people show up late, but it's everyone's understanding that things happen. We just want to make the best of people's day and roll with the punches and honestly my mental state became much better when I approached bumps in my day positively with the intent of things going well because then I can let it go and I don't need to be bitter and project anger or frustration out on people because everyone won and got a happy ending. Why am I in an office paying hundreds on a medical procedure and this is my experience? I can't even afford rent at my job and despite rude and unkind words and behavior from people I still roll with it and be kind and win them back over because that's miles more productive and it's my job. If you are the first face people see when they walk in why would you be so cold and bothered to talk to someone. I was a little scared to be worked on because of my first impression of this place. I didn't want to write everyone off that way and honestly once the doctors spoke with me and we got the procedure going I felt a lot more confident about going into this. I want to say it wasn't everyone behind the desk that was like this. I'm not naming names either because I don't believe in one bad experience ruining one's work life especially when money means everything to everyone at this time but I think productive revision needs to happen with communication and basic manners of the front desk. I've been treated better by 16 year olds working a McDonald's and it really sucked getting treated this way and I really hope this was just my own little losing streak of misfortune with this office. Overall this is a great place to get worked on. Getting your teeth sawed into, split open and removed is a scary procedure and there wasn't a point where I felt unsafe or uncared for. They even made sure I would be safe getting home. Tricky as it is I feel confident about DIY home care and this is a great place to get worked on. The first impression might just be a bit misleading.

Dr . Kincaid and his staff were so great. I was super nervous but they made sure I was comfortable and Dr Kincaid was also very thorough before my procedure and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything.
