My results really speak for themselves! I literally cried when I saw my before and after. Dr. Craig and staff from the very first appointment made everything easy, clear, and comfortable. I never felt pressured and I always felt well informed. He understood the exact look I was going for and made sure I had the best possible outcome clinically and aesthetically. Before surgery I went in know exactly what to expect before, during, and after. Also, the practice itself is extremely well organized and everyone you meet is kind, cheerful, and knowledgeable. You really can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Craig and team!

My experience was absolutely perfect. I've had bags under my eyes since I was 16 and I've always hated it. Nothing ever worked. Sleep, creams, masks, water intake...nothing. I discovered through a google search that a lower blepharoplasty might be the solution. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Craig, where he told me that was the exact thing I needed to fix my problem. He told me I was an excellent candidate and was confident this procedure would give me the results I wanted. The surgery center (St. Peter's Ambulatory) was so quick and everyone was so incredibly nice. I felt very well treated. Dr. Craig even gave me his cell to call if I had any concerns or questions after the surgery...which I didn't thanks to the plethora of information they gave me beforehand of what to expect and pre/post op care. I would highly recommend Dr. Craig and his staff and I will certainly be back if the need ever arises!

I love my new look and could t be more satisfied with the care I received. I'd recommend Dr. Craig to any and everyone over and over again! He listened to my wants and desires and delivered just that. Dr. Craig was informative of everything pertaining to my surgery from start to finish. Dr. Craig has been a pleasure from the start. Professional and relaxing atmosphere at this facility. The new surgery center is also very nice, clean and comfortable. Dr. Craig is a highly skilled and caring doctor. I recommend this place for surgery and med spa procedures.

Dr Craig is very unprofessional and rude. Shows pictures of old patients and makes fun of them. Not only was he rude to me but was making fun of old patients.

My daughter suffered a head injury at her field hockey practice - another player's stick to her forehead - and the cut went down to the bone. Calm as I was trying to be, I drove her to the ER to meet Dr. Craig for stitches. Dr. Craig had treated me several years ago when I needed stitches and I have no scar thanks to his steady and skillful hand, so I knew we were going to the right professional. He was calm, patient and efficient with my daughter, setting us both at ease. I am so thankful.

I came to Dr. Craig by chance via an emergency room visit. I had a nasty accident and he was the doctor on duty when I was taken to the ER. While I was there, every doctor and nurse told me that I was lucky that Dr. Craig was on duty when I came in. They told me he is fantastic; they are right! After caring for me in the ER, I had many follow up visits with him at his office. I can confidently say that every visit was a positive experience. The entire staff at Renaissance Plastic Surgery was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Craig did unbelievable work and offered exceptional care through the entire 6 months that I was under his care. I am happy to say that I have healed beyond expectations and it is because of Dr. Craig's experience and expertise. If you are looking for a great doctor and a great practice, look no further than Dr. Craig and Renaissance Plastic Surgery. They are all wonderful!

I had a terrible experience. Dr. Craig was recommended to me by his partner Dr. Mark Boschert, to do a browlift. Unfortunately Dr. Craig, didn't know what he was doing. In the first surgery he lifted my lateral brows so high I looked like Dr. Spock from Star Trek, while not doing anything to the medial brow. I had multiple people tell me I looked worse then I did before, which was horrifying, since the main reason for the browlift was vision related, and I was a pretty girl prior to this surgery. Then he did a revision cutting my whole head from ear to ear, leaving a permanent scar the size of a silver dollar in the center of my hairline. Not to mention the somewhat thinner scar from ear to ear. That happened in 2014, and my hair never came back, I had to do a combover for years to hide it. To add salt to the wound he still didn't lift my brows right, and he left serious scar tissue in my scalp and forehead area. He charged me a great deal of money to do it, and even made me pay the surgery center fees again after his mistakes. Then the Anesthesiologist gave me narcotics after Dr. Craig was told I couldn't take them or I might die from a prior experience years ago. I had to crawl out of the surgery center after that second surgery literally, while the nurses made my husband pay extra money, since Dr. Craig went over his time allowance he told them it would take. I was in and still am in serious pain from what he did at times. I cried for 3 years then went to another doctor and had a browlift again. The new doctor was able to fix my brows and close some of the scaring on my scalp (he said I had a massive amount of scar tissue in the scalp and forehead region). However, even after a third browlift and another scar revision, I still have at least a dime size scar in the middle of my head. Which can be more easily hidden now, and I had the area tattooed to add color to the dime size white scar in the middle of my head. My husband worked hard for the money we paid you to maim me. Then after the second browlift surgery at Renaissance Plastic Surgery, multiple nurses were saying they never did browlifts there to begin with. So why did you take the job? Easy money at my expense? I feel so exploited, and I implore anyone to think hard before they get more than a breast enhancement with this doctor.
