I had been a pt of this Dr prior to moving out of area, now I am back and have attempted to see her for medication management in which is the same as I had prior to moving. However I continue to get Appt changed and last straw was Appt being cancelled less than 3 hours prior to appointment time. Reason they haven’t received records from out of state, which they never requested that I sign papers so they could receive them or have me call to request them. So I have had to go without my medications that I need daily. Thanks for medical negligence at it finest.

Dr Jabeen has been my primary health care physician for quite a number of years. I am very pleased with her professionalism and her willingness to explain and answer questions. I have recommended to family and friend and will continue to do so.
