My father in law was brought into the Er by ambulance due to a fall at home. They didn't clean up his wounds and then sent him home with the IV still in his arm.

Tried to be seen husband had moderate to severe back pain. Can't bend or twist struggles to lift a toilet seat spend two hour in er waiting room with insurance not trying to get meds it's workman's comp case. Just trying to find out what's wrong with his back. Couldn't even be seen since he could bare sitting upright in the waiting room chairs for over 2 hours left to find a real Dr. Or hospital

The staff at this hospital are fantastic! The doctors understand all of my issues. I will ONLY use this hospital. Unfortunately, a few nights ago, I had a medical emergency and had to go by ambulance to a different facility- I cannot even call the other facility a hospital- it starts with an M. It was a complete nightmare- again. Two nurses entered the room. About 3 minutes later, one nurse whispers in my ear, "You do feel normal pain." By the way, I was having high blood pressure issues, severe back pain that was radiating to the chest. I had to restrain myself from decking that nurse! After waiting for my cardiac tests to come back, the doctor and nurse come in, he said my cardiac enzymes were 0. He then looked at me and said, "I will let your doctor deal with you." This is not the first the other facility has treated me like garbage. The stories I could tell. I will have my husband drive me BJC because they CARE! Please give this hospital a chance. They were great when my dog bit my hand. I do not feel normal pain due to nerve damage. BJC understands this! Thank you BJC for your care! I am also in PT right now. The therapists are fantastic! The issues I have been having are being addressed. Dr. Jackson is also wonderful. I hope he reads this. He will know who this is from.

I have always been treated well at this hospital. They have been mostly responsible for me being alive after my strokes and kidney failure. They did the proper tests and made the right decisions in my health treatments. I know many people that work here nursing, doctors, janitors, office workers etc. and I consider them all to be friends. I moved within 1 block from the hospital years ago and this is the only place I consider going in the area for medical treatment when needed. I do wish the hospital would add the ability to do kidney dialysis treatments for patients even if only as a temporary measure until they can be transferred to Missouri Baptist Medical Center or Barns Hospital in St. Louis Mo. Since Fresenius Kidney Dialysis Care is located 2 blocks from the hospital it just seems that a solution could be worked out that would benefit these patients. This hospital is the best help anyone could ask for and I would only like to make it better
