On my 5th treatment all the girls have been wonderful But… Lynda was exceptional. She made my experience as pleasant and pain free as possible So much that I will be requesting her for the remainder of my treatments and any that I get in the foreseeable future. She’s a breath of fresh air. Never felt so comfortable here.

Nurse Kim is so amazing and knowledgeable. Such a great experience and Connor at the front desk is very helpful and sweet. Come to Sunset Hills it’s the best location. 💞

My experience was great The staff is always so nice. I got to the office right in to my appointment and finished in a timely manner but never felt rushed. I recommend this office to all my friends.

Madeline was so awesome and professional I hope I’m spelling her name right. This was my first ever visit with Ideal Image and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. She made the whole process feel like a breeze. Laser hair removal in the bikini area isn’t as painful as it may sound or as scary as I was expecting. I have several tattoos that hurt worse if you’d like a reference. It was nice to have a friendly nurse doing the procedure and she made me feel at ease. I’m so excited about the results and I will definitely be back for laser treatments in other areas 1010 I would recommend to my friends and family or anyone who is thinking about it but is on the fence. Just go for it.

I WANT TO BE CLEAR MY 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR LINDA. Unlike the other technicians Linda is polite straightforward and most importantly honest. The best advice I can offer is to be sure to request Linda. Unfortunately I have had to learn this the hard way. Ive had several different technicians and both times I was extremely disappointed. I felt like I just flushed my money down the drain. Im not sure whats going on with the quality control at this location but one thing I know for sure if you want what youre paying for Lindas the ONLY way to go. Ive had nothing but amazing results with her. She does amazing work that has truly changed my life. I am forever grateful for her work ethic and kindness. It might be helpful for this location to have Linda go over proper protocol and procedures with the other technicians. At least this way there would be some quality control in place.
