Dr. Cole and the office staff at Kids Docs are phenomenal. They are all very caring and kind. Dr. Cole takes time to connect with the kids and puts them at ease, while also making sure to answer all parent questions. There are many pediatric offices that are closer to our house, but it's worth the drive for the excellent care that he and the team provides. I can't speak highly enough of the practice.

As a physician myself, I trust Dr. Cole 100% with my kids. He is smart, thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive, also a wonderful person to boot. On-call coverage has been great. We highly recommend Dr. Cole to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Cole is a wonderful physician with superb bedside manners. Our three children see him and all love him. He spends lots of time with his patients and knows them well. Also the office has walk-in sick hours in the morning which is a life-saver.

Dr. Cole has been taking care of both of our children for 5 years now. He had excellent bedside manner, and has guided us not only with our first born, as we experienced parenthood for the first time, but, also helped us navigate the challenges with our second child, who has a very complicated medical condition. Dr. Cole had been a strong advocate for us, esp. for our child with special needs. He is a caring, well-rounded physician, who follows evidence-based practice. I highly recommend him.

Disappointed about the inflexibility of Dr. Cole. I strongly disagree about this way of practicing medicine. He was pretty straight forward about it, and that is the reason I gave him 2 stars. I would recommend this doctor to those patients who are OK with standard practice. However, if you foresee that at some point you will disagree on treatment options for your child, I am afraid that he will be pretty inflexible, and you will have to look for a second opinion.
