I went to this doctor for a total of about a year. Suffering from anxiety disorder and he basically guinea pigged to me with about seven different medication's that were not even for anxiety. over that year of time my anxiety became twice as bad. I am not sure how this doctor is with any other medical advice but if you are searching for a doctor to deal with panic/anxiety disorder I suggest you research someone else unless you are ready to be a guinea pig for many medication's. A couple of the medication's actually had class action lawsuits against them yet I was still being prescribed them which didn't make too much sense.

Very thorough, takes time to listen. Staff is friendly, efficient and if they can't help you they will find someone who can. They are quick in relaying any results to your visit.

Easy to get in to see him or his NP. Very caring and knowledgable. Great off and nurses too!

I don't feel like Dr. Massey listens to me well. He's a nice enough guy, but he's just doing the minimum. He's not knowledgeable on thyroid conditions, although he agreed to continue prescribing NDT (which some doctors won't) so that's appreciated. However, when symptoms recurred, he didn't know how to treat it properly. Smoking cessation treatment was limited to "cold turkey." The staff there is absolutely wonderful. Wait times are minimal & appointments are easy & quick enough to schedule.

I have been with this Dr. since he began. He was very attentive at first, and after being his patient for a while. I could tell he was getting a big head.He spends a total of five minutes with me and I leave the office wondering what the diagnoses is every time. He is inattentive,big headed, arrogant,and ambiguous!Bedside manner stinks.
