I’ve had Elizabeth Hammer as my daughters pediatrician since she was one month old. She’s been friendly at her checkups but she never cares about my questions and says everything is fine and will never check anything out. Every time she has been sick they can’t get her in and they always tell me to go to the emergency room or urgent care while being rude over the phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous they can’t take 15 minutes out of their day to see her when she’s extremely sick. I’m currently looking for a new pediatrician. I do not recommend this place at all, we will not be back.

Honest, empathetic and thorough. I think the fact that she’s a mom helps a ton in her open minded and thoughtful approach. Her nurse, Kim, is the BEST.

Dr Hammer is very attentive and connected with her patients. I drive from Sullivan for her to se my granddaughter.

I feel compelled to write a review for Dr. Elizabeth Hammer following our experience with her recently. Our little girl was born at Mercy Hospital Washington just a few days ago, and she helped make our experience just wonderful. My husband and I are adoptive parents, and we felt nothing but her full support for our family's unique needs. Dr. Hammer of course took our daughter's medical needs as her primary concern, and was approachable and kind in the process. She was flexible within typical hospital and newborn-baby protocol to make things as easy and comfortable for our family as possible; first during our hospital stay, but then again for our follow-up visits and transition home to our regular primary care provider. Dr. Hammer possesses absolutely the perfect combination of professionalism and compassion. Thank you again!

LOVE Dr Hammer. She is the reason my son is still here with us. She caught his liver disease when he was just 10 days old and had us at a specialist. Most doctors push off jaundice but she didn't. We will forever be thankful to Dr Hammer She has taken great care of all 3 of my kiddos. Couldn't find anyone more caring then she is.

Dr. Hammer is truly amazing! Great with my kids! She remembers even the smallest of details about them. You never feel rushed and yet she is on top of things and does everything in a timely manner. We love her! We need more doctors like her!

We have had the privilege to have Dr. Hammer as our pediatrician for all 3 of our sons for several years now. She is absolutely wonderful. She always has plenty of time to listen, she has excellent bedside manner and above all is knowledgable. Her nurse, Kim is also great, so efficient and easy to communicate with be in person or over the phone. We love this team!!
