Highly recommend. Always takes time to listen to all issues, discusses options instead of just picking one for me. Husband, myself, 3 kids and 2 grandkids all go to her. Staff is excellent! Never had a bad experience.

Gretchen is absolutely wonderful. Her front office staff is horribly rude and has zero customer service only skills! Yelling at a patient through the phone is unacceptable!! Update: • Outdated office and equipment • Staff still rude

I went to her for years as well as my family and she started out so compassionate but then it became a job.She lost her compassion, she didn't care anymore. She never remembered what she said from the first to the next visit.Very disappointed and hurt by the lack of compassion and never on top of issue's seemed as if she stopped caring. We as a family had to find someone else that cared and has compassion and is on top of our health. She quit being that kind of doctor :(

My daughter has been going to her since birth, she is now 5. I have moved to a different town and I will still make that drive so she can still go to her. She has great bedside manor, my daughter doesn't get upset to go to the doctor.... She actually gets excited. That says something.

Very patient and never makes me feel like she's in a hurry to move on to the next patient. She's been with me through many health problems over the years and she's been terrific and always correct with her diagnoses.

Ended up in urgent care then ER, still refuses anything for pain. Now can't work.

Wonderful doctor. I drive more than an hour to go see her. I moved away, and cannot find another doctor even close to as good as she is. I have a lot of health problems, and she has stuck by me to try to figure out what they were. She never questioned me that I was in pain when all my test results came back negative for the things she tested for, and eventually we were able to find what it was. She is completely worth it, I don't know why that other reviewer had problems. Her staff is wonderful. Dr. Kluesner remembers me by name, and never rushes thru her appointments with me. Hopefully, she always accepts my insurance, and I never have to move somewhere too far to travel to see her when I need to.

She will not take the tme to look my daughter over for the problems she has had and only wants to talk. She doesn't care if she is in pain and only return phone calls at 4:00pm. Better find a different doctor cause she will not help you. Cause I still don't know what is wrong with my daughter-so I have to find a new one cause she doesn't want to take the effort to help heel her
