I called dr borgman office to schedule an appointment. I was told that although I do not owe this doctor any money, because I owe St. John’s mercy hospital a bill they cannot see me as a patient. I’m on disability and I cannot afford to pay the past medical bills. I don’t see how this doctor can discriminate against a disabled person that owes a back hospital bill.

My children was seeing the dr at this location but months I call and I can never have a appointment I get sent to urgent care what is the point of having a dr if you can never see one for ur children I will be switching and never going back ever

Three weeks ago I was faced with what I now know ,one of the most medically challenging moments in my life. The dreaded diagnosis of "Covid 19" .Not only a diagnosis of Covid , I had the misfortune of trying to give birth to a kidney stone lacerating through my body at the same time. Dr. Borgmann and her staff made sure I had everything possible to help me through these past weeks.From Calling daily , Monitoring tests that had to be done VIA currier due to being quarantine. I am humbled and honored knowing that she and her staff went beyond the call of duty for me during such a tring time. This community is blessed and lucky too have Dr.Borgman and her staff . I for one am glad to benefit for being one of her patients .

Make sure your way ahead of your appointment.. took day off work to come here.. was 4 min. Late and they cant see me and needs rescheduled. Lost days pay for this.. will be asking wife to change doctors as well.. refuse to come to this office again.

I felt listened to and felt that she wanted to explore any issues that I was experiencing, even if that meant referring me elsewhere. I also did not feel rushed through the appointment.

Dr. Borgmann is wonderful. Always able to make appointments when I need them. She does not rush my visit and takes time to explain everything in a way I can understand. Very happy I found her.
