I began seeing Dr. Irving when I was living in the area and have since moved, but still drive over an hour to see her. I am now moving once again, too far to keep going to her, and I am genuinely heartbroken to be leaving such a fantastic PCP. Dr. Irving makes me feel safe and comfortable. She is kind, keeps it VERY real, and welcomes explorative conversation about my ailments. The standard for doctors in this country should be on par with Dr. Irving, as she is a shining example of what we need in the healthcare industry.

Very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. One of the best doctors and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Irving is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure to care for my medical needs. She is compassionate, thorough, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She listens and explains things in terms you can comprehend. Your healthcare is a journey she shares with you to ensure you know what needs to be done and she cares about her patients. I am thankful to have found her.

WOW!! So impressed! I am very cautious about doctors as I have significant medical history. A friend Recommended Dr. Irving to me and I was so shocked at how amazing her bed side manner is. I felt like she listened and even addressed things that with my health that had not occurred to me. SHE IS THE BEST

5 stars for Dr Irving. 1 Star for her front desk staff. Actually let’s say 1 star to the office girl who makes it uncomfortable to call because her tone of voice is unbelievably condescending. Dr Irving is absolutely amazing tho! She listens and takes care of things. As a PCP she is absolutely awesome. In fact if it wasn’t for her I probably would never go back to this location again. I truly believe she is the best PCP I’ve ever seen. For the office staff who are nice I’m sorry to even write this, but someone should see this and use it as a coachable moment. There is one of you who really isn’t great when I call in. I know it has to be annoying to deal with insurance, faxes, sick people, and pharmacies all day but that is your job and if you are as miserable as you sound on the phone then maybe you should consider a different career?

The best primary car Dr. I’ve ever had. She spends time with her patients and actually listens to them. So many drs look at a screen and barely notice you and are out of the room. She is not like that. She takes the time to know and understand your situation and figure out the best course to get you back on your feet. Can’t recommend her enough. If you want a Dr who knows her stuff, treats you like a person and honestly look no further. And I’m hard on Drs. So giving a good review is rare.

Hello, It think Dr. Joi C. Iriving is absolutely wonderful. She's always extremely kind and nurturing. She follows up with me to make sure I'm doing well; as well as she gives detailed care to my concerns. She always have a welcoming office, full of smiling faces. I think she is absolutely brilliant and professional. She tells me what I need, not what I want; that quality is rare to find in a doctor. She treats the entire patient.
