He is a terrible doctor that is only interested in following the money, not his patient s well being. No compassion for treating patients. I will never recommend him.

This doctor makes a very bad impression on me..took my son off his 3 meds abruptly without tapering him off as this medication call for.he was on an antidepressant,mood stabilizer and anxiety pill. The medical journal says he could be left with long term effects.i am contacting the medical board about this issue.

My husband went in as soon as he started having symptoms of Influenza B. The office was out of the swabs for testing and he was told he would just have to let it run it s course. I certainly understand if they ran out of swabs but to act like the only option was to let it run it s course was wrong. They should have explained that Tamiflu was an option and even if they couldn t run the test and prescribe it that he could go somewhere else and get tested for it. I then contracted Influenza B also and did not get to a (different)Dr in time for Tamiflu to be beneficial for me either. If my husband would have been given the proper information I would have went in right away. I feel we suffered needlessly. I understand Tamiflu isn t a cure but it can lessen the severity and length of the virus and that would have been a welcome relief.

I don't have insurance and he told me not to come see him for anything else besides getting my prescription filled. I guess it's all about money and not caring for people.

Great doc, very personable and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend and have been very happy with for years.

Dr. Thanawalla doesn't care if you are in severe pain all he knows is Tramadol 50 mg. that doesn't help a headache let alone severe pain. He also doesn't care if you have your prescriptions for the medicines you take either.

I am a retired medic from the military and have worked with 100's of Dr's and Dr T. (Thanawalla) I can honestly say is at the top of the list of Dr's I admire and trust and will never forget. He takes his time with you, and does not just tell you what is wrong but why and how. I have been seeing him for years and don't think he ever has a bad day, he is always cheerful and happy to see you. I have never had to go back because the first the first diagnosis was wrong, he is always right and when I do get sick it isn't for long because he fixes me fast and right.
