Made my mental health worse of anything , every time they gave me an appointment card, and sent an appointment reminder message through text, it was wrong. When I went in for my appointment today at 1:45 they said I missed my appointment and that it was at 11. And this was the 3rd and finally time they do this to me . I’m done having anxiety about it

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I was seen by this place for mental health for probably at least 5-6 years and I had problems with them from the start. The majority of their case workers seem like they don’t care about their clients, they hardly show up when they are supposed to and they rarely even call. I’ve set up appointments, took a 20 minute ride to the office on the day of the appointment just for them to tell me the doctor can’t see me because he’s on lunch break and they would tell me I had the time wrong but I had a card with the time wrote on it that they wrote themselves. They have sent my medications and my fiancé’s medications to the wrong pharmacy and I had to call several times just to get it fixed and figure out where the meds were even sent to, not to mention it’s rare for anyone in the versailles office to even pick up the phone. I tried for 2 or 3 weeks to get my caseworker to call me and she never did. It was very common that they would schedule appointments without telling me and I would have no idea until I got a text notification about the appointment a day or two before and as busy as I am and with my anxiety I don’t always read texts because I try to stay off my phone in general so I have missed several appointments because of this. I’m just trying to warn anyone before they try to get services here to consider a different company and try to avoid all the stress and hassle this place causes.

Terrible, unprofessional, downright dangerous and dysfunctional. I've experienced bad health care before but this people are actually doing harm. Don't risk it just because they accept your insurance.

I love the service and professionalism I get from Burrell. I explained my personal preferences and my anxieties and they have been very obliging. I have seen them practically ever week for over a year and feel like I have made so much progress since I first started. Staff, therapists and doctors are amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst place ever. Giving them one star is giving them credit they don’t deserve. They will lose your paid receipts countless times..so just make sure you keep every single one!!

This place is a total joke! New clients wait for months for a doctor appointment. Workers get to cancel whenever they want...even minutes before a appt while you get NO leeway in being late. They totally close for a hour everyday for lunch...the other place spaces out workers lunch so that they can always be around. I don't have any choice because the other place only takes care of addicts now.

Unhelpful.8.00 in morning not good for anxiety attacks.not helpfull. Would not recommend
