This place got a one star cause I can't make it LOWER. No one will call back on blood work have called past two weeks and not return call. Avoid this clinic they apparently do not care about their patients.

I have no problem with Dr. Hoke, seen him for 10years but the last several years the billing has been horrid. The inhouse lab for bloodwork is nothing short of a scam. I request my lab work be sent to Labcorp which is paid 100% by my insurance, but instead they do it inhouse (which my insurance doesn't cover) and bill me. I called to complain and they said "they have no record of my request to send it to LabCorp" I told Dr Hoke office of this and they said to just tell the lab, but the lab won't bill it correctly. I am switching Doctors because of the billing and their non existence customer service.

My experiences with Dr Hoke have been outstanding. As an airline pilot, a good aeromedical examiner is vital to my livelihood. He is straightforward and willing to listen to any issues I may want to discuss.

Dr. Hoke is a very caring and concerned doctor. He will even stop and ask how you are if you happen to see him in town. He listens to you and tries to help work out whatever concerns you have. I have told all my family to use him and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a good family doctor.

His nurse diagnosed me and he spent less than 2 minutes with me. Then his nurse came back handed me a printout off the internet and said see a specialist and no he won’t give you the prescription that the hospital gave. The paperwork said I had a disease that has no cure and will get worse with age. I was in shock with NO help from them. It was hands down the worse doctor experience of my life.

Dr. Hoke has a good friendly staff. His office will work with you if you urgently need an appointment. Recently I was able to get in within one hour of my phone call. Rarely have to wait long once I get to the office. Dr. Hoke seems knowledgable but he does see a lot of patients which makes the time spent with him seem rushed.
