Dr. Coyne was a nice guy and seemed to know what he was talking about, but he was able to turn managing a handful of basic prescriptions into a part-time job and a full-time source of frustration for me. I saw him for approximately one year and I really struggled to understand what I would consider his extreme requirements regarding in-person visits every 3 months in order to get prescription refills. I'm sure he has the best of intentions, but his expectations just simply are not realistic considering he also apparently does not do virtual or online visits anymore and I've sat on hold for 15 and 20 minutes at a time trying to get through to his office to schedule an appointment. If you don't have a job or anything else going on this will probably work out great for you, but otherwise I recommend staying away.

I have had to take care of my mom so haven’t been in a couple months to Dr. Cohen . I would recommend him to anyone that asks ,he does take time to talk with u about your meds and concerns and he is not pushy or a medication pusher … he had listened to me and when I moved here like 5 years ago I went to mercy there.. it’s the only place I go or call for a FaceTime or virtual visit. He also works at ...
Dr. Coynes and the TEAM are GREAT!!!
I have seen him in Owensville and he is easy to talk to, and actually listens. I've only had one other doctor that I feel comfortable talking to.
Last visit to Dr. Coyne lll was very perplexing in that he didn’t seem to be very familiar with my records as if he didn’t read my records before coming in to see me. He almost forgot to check my heart and lungs. Searching for a new PCP. I need a doctor to care about my health as much as I do.
Patient for 1 year. He prescribed me a medication but won't submit the annual pre-authorization to my insurance to have the prescribed medication covered. As a result, I would have to pay for the prescribed medication out-of-pocket, costing me roughly 10x as much money. This clearly shows this doctor is not an advocate for his patients best interests in terms of physical health or financial health. Avoid him.
Very good visit. Dr Coyne listened and helped with a very complicated issue involving a severe case of gout brought on by receiving my first COVID vaccine.
Courteous, clear in the diagnosis and about follow-up steps and after-care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
