Absolutely unhelpful. The NP -Karen choose to talk about her own situation rather than my 87 yr old Mother’s. She then went on to call my sister and tell her I was putting my mother in a nursing home. Which could not of been further from the truth.

Dr. Dumontier takes time to listen to your problem. He is usually on time for your appointments. If he doesn't know the answer to your problem he doesn't hesitate to send you to another doctor who knows the answer. You can easily talk to him through e-mail on My Mercy if you have a question after you leave the office. I think he is an excellent primary care physician.

I seen the nurse practitioner Karen she was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Unfortunately the receptionist Angela was very unfriendly, as a new patient my only wish was that she was a bit more helpful and didn’t make me feel like a burden

Dr. Dumontier is a very nice person, he makes me as a patient feel as though he is genuinely interested in my health care. He does not rush a patient through, he listens, sits down and takes time reviewing history and complaints. I feel very fortunate to have him for my primary care doctor.
