The woman at the desk was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Told us Dr. Chen left a month ago, even tho the mercy app still showed an active appointment the same day. She said it was impossible for the app to show an appointment and impossible that we werent notified. She implied we were lying about never having gotten any notifications, said it was our fault for canceling it? Even tho the appt was never canceled? The app even says THIS APPOINTMENT CANNOT BE CANCELED ONLINE MUST CONTACT OFFICE so we couldnt have canceled it! She said we ignored the calls, texts, voicemails, and app notofications (we never got any) and canceled our own appointment. Why would we cancel an appointment then still show up? How was it canceled if the app still showed it?! She didnt offer us any help or offer to reschedule, just told us we were wrong and this was our fault and there was nothing she could do about it. We waited 7 MONTHS for this appointment because that was the first available appointment, then this happens. Neurology is serious, brain issues are SERIOUS, it is not ok to make someone wait 7 months for an appointment then take it away with no explanation or ability to reschedule. Hope you guys didnt kill too many patients doing this. Worst service ive ever recieved.

Staff is not nice. Chen said if I ever need to get ahold of him that he would be there. Never has. Unpleasant atmosphere. Chen is nice but doesn’t do anything nor the staff. Do not go here.

Dr Chen is the best Neurologist hands down. He was the third neurologist I was sent to for a difficult diagnosis and had me figured out immediately. He genuinely cares about his patients. My life has vastly improved since I found him. If you need neurological help this is where you need to go.

This doctor only cares if you have insurance and had no problem asking how you will pay. His bedside manner needs work. He barely does anything during a visit. He doesn’t pay attention to how medicines interact with each other which ends up causing more problems. Not a doctor I would recommend.

My name is Nancy Copeland. I think Dr. Chen is one of the best and nicest doctor. Very professional. His staff is awesome! I would give them a ten out of five and highly recommend this office, they are all very good in my book..

I used to see Dr. Haas at the Neurology department for years but he has left and Dr. Chen has taken over. I loved Dr. Haas tremendously but Dr. Chen is thorough and has a good bed side manner. He makes sure he goes over all your questions and reiterates the information he gave to you. And Casey, his nurse is my favorite staff member of all ! She's the only reason why I didn't find a new Neuro after Dr. Haas left ! She has a great, upbeat personality and makes you feel like you've known her for years !
