I first want to say I'm sorry for anyone who had a bad experience no one should feel like that with any doctor. However I've been going to this Mercy clinics for the past decade. I've been at this clinic for a few years and everything has been really good. The doctors has always listen to me. Explain what they are doing. Before doing anything. They have taken multiple X-rays and order MRI. I had a knee surgery in 2017, ended up getting part of a cadiver in me. In November of the same year I ended up getting hurt at work and messed up the same knee. I seen Mercy doctors in Rolla, Lebenon, and Springfield. Everyone was very respectful, caring and very helpful. I had another surgery in 2018. With both surgeries my doctors was extremely amazing. I went back a few months ago to Washington and I had the same results as I had with all my other visits. I was taken care of lwith all wonderful care. I will continue going to doctors association with Mercy. I will refer friends to them .

This is how Dr. Linz treated me. He walked into the room, looked at me, sat down at the computer. He looked at the x-rays. I asked him if my leg was broken. His response to me was, "Are you going to get a second opinion?" I knew at that point my visit was going to be futile. But what happened next, should not have happened. I asked him again if my leg was broken. He again stated to me, "Are you going to get a second opinion?" After 2 minutes of the run around he grabs my leg and starts shoving it up and down under the chair. All of the sudden there was loud pop from my knee. I don't feel pain, which at this point I think is good. I finally had enough of his abuse. I limped out of his office as he was laughing at me. He said, "Good luck with the second opinion." I now see the neurologist. He has done testing. He cannot figure out why I do not feel pain. My leg is still swollen almost 10 months after my fall. I do not recommend this physician. Please go somewhere else. PT is NOT going to help at this point. I ended up at urgent care 3 days after this appointment. I had to have x-rays to see if there was any more damage. I have quit going to my PCP and other docs at this point. I no longer trust Mercy. I have had strokes and other issues. But I have stayed true to one part of the conversation to Dr. Linz. He asked me "What have you been doing since your fall?" I told him sit on the sofa with my knee up." He said, "Good. Just continue that." For me, I was active. Now. All I can do is sit around. I will NEVER FORGIVE this person who calls himself a doctor! I also tried to report this doctor. I was denied. The person I talked to called me a liar. A year after my fall and my leg is still swollen. I changed insurance companies. The new doctor is throwing out all of Mercy's results and starting fresh. Thank goodness the new doctors care. Oh... I am not using Mercy, either. :)

I called to see if I could make an appointment and before I even got out what my reason was the receptionist said they "don't take care of necks or backs there" . I said I was having hip, neck and back pain, so what do they take care of there? She said that dont do that ... I need to go to my prinary.. she was very condescending and rude about it as well..

No prior experience with this office. All the bad reviews scared me away!

I wish they would've let me worked out payments for a surgery for a meniscus tear, my knee hurts so badly it's been a year.

I had a total knee replacement on Jan 17th by Dr Nordin, and the care I recieved from him was wonderful. The office staff were all very professional and friendly. My wait time was very short, and Dr Nordin did a great job explaining everything!!!!

Very disappointed in this office. Been 2 weeks since I went to ER with broken leg and after 2 office visits I know nothing more than the day I broke it but I am scheduled for surgery (explorative) on the 17th. I called office on friday the 12th requesting more pain medicine as I havent got enough to last through the weekend let alone until wednesday. I was told by office staff they would call me back to let me know when prescription was ready to be picked up and they never called so now I get to suffer through weekend. There is also confusion as to additional damage to knee other than the break. Doctor susoects damage to atleast 2 ligaments and because I cant undergo an MRI hasnt been abke to come uo with any other diagnostic means to fihure out full scooe of damage to knee. Long and short of it, it will be almost 3 weeks from injury to time any corrective measures are being taken and I am niw left to be in incredible oain because of the lack of follow up on their oart to get me necessary pain meds.

I have had great success here over the last 15 yrs. Dr. Rotramel is my top choice!!!

I received great care and had a very successful surgery! I would highly reccomend Mercy Orthopedics!

After TWO hours....still sitting in exam room waiting to see a doctor....
